I ordered take out, the Sicilian pie w/added pepperoni was very tasty, but was much smaller than any other Sicilian pie we've ever had , the garlic knots (ordered a double order) were also tasty but all of them were burnt on one side. The Roman Stuffed pizza was very disappointing as it was not stuffed at all. It was very thin (barely bigger than a regular slice of pizza), and the contents were so scarce, it was mostly potato. For the price I expected much more.

Not the best Sicilian. The last time I came it was kind of dry and tatsteless. The grandma slice is marginally better. Also, they don’t have a restroom for customers that’s very and highly disappointing to me.

Very good pizza, garlic knots and zepoles. The buffalo wings had to be frozen wings which I do not like. I would definitely go back for the pizza and the service was great. Everyone was very nice.

Ordered pizza two times last week from Napoli. Pizza was great the first time (Grandma was good and one other) second time had four different pies (loving only the sweet and spicy). Both times I asked for pepper flakes to go and was treated like I was an influencer asking for a free sample. The counter service on Sunday was almost non-existent, maybe that's normal. Will definitely order for the good pizza but expect nothing from the workers.

Pizza is as good as it gets on the island. Service is amazing and the grandma slice is complete perfection.
I just ordered the special (2 large pies,garlic knots, and a soda) for 33 bucks delivery. This pizza was SO GOOD, I’m not even a crust person but I became one today. Great pizza, and didn’t take too long to get here. But what I appreciated the MOST is that they actually gave me my PAPER PLATES. Pizzerias always ignore that request, but what’s the point in ordering out if I have to clean dishes. 10/10 will get again.

Got an order of lasagna, manicotti and grilled shrimp. The lasagna was like some messy slop, barely an inch high, with a mess of melted, not nicely golden brown cheese on top. The manicotti was dry with a thick, dry sauce. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery. I waited for the order and brought it home right away - 3 mins (7 blocks away) and the manicotti was barely lukewarm. I think they precook the pasta, then just warm it up. This was the fourth time I gave them a chance; I keep trying to support local, but no more. Food is NOT tasty, not appetizing to look at, and not freshly made.

Wow! We were really impressed with the quality of the food. Will definitely buy from Napoli Pizza again. Especially loved the BBQ wings. Staff was very nice.
I absolutely love their pizza. I recently moved from Staten Island to Queens (yeah I know blah lol). Whenever I am in Staten Island I make sure to pick up a pie. About 2 weeks ago I was out there and I bought a pie with some garlic knots. Omg I was in heaven. Everyone there is super nice. The place is a bit small. But I have eaten there and was pretty comfortable. Their pizza is definitely worth the trip.
