For years, I had romanticized the idea of New York hot dogs, envisioning them as an iconic, must-try street food. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the anticipation. The hot dog was underwhelming. Chilli was ok. The dog was tasteless and small. It didn’t live up to the hype in any way, sorry Nathan!

This place doesn’t give correct change when you pay with cash. They claim you gave them a $5 bill when you actually gave them a $20. They obviously do this on purpose to cheat customers and keep extra money. Stay away from this scam shop.

If you are in a pinch and need a quick snack this isn’t a bad spot to stop. It’s a small food stand outside of the ferry terminal and there are plenty of places to sit. The food was ok but nothing to write home about.
