Nature's Grill Staten Island

Not sure what is going on with this place. Every time we order the food is good but the delivery takes so long. This time the delivery was over two hours. We called a couple of times to see where the food was and they told us five minutes, but then 30 minutes passed. Then I called to receive a refund and said that I did not want the food anymore because I’m sure it was cooked well over two hours ago at this point. They told me they will tell the driver to not come and give me a refund being super dismissive. I think It’s just terrible customer service, the food should have been sent, credited, and with an apology. Now I’ll never order from a place I enjoyed. Sucks

I placed an order for a juice, sandwich, and fries, and had a terrible experience. Three different DoorDash drivers told me my food wasn’t ready, and after waiting 90 minutes, I had to cancel my order because I needed to leave for work. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with long wait times using DoorDash. Very disappointing and unreliable service.

I ordered food here. I parked in the parking space. The idiot owner broke my license plate. He didn't apologize and cancelled my order. Really rubbish service.

I got a cesar salad and the salad itself looked good but the dressing—it was surprisingly awful. I do not know what kind of dressing they use but it is terrible. It looked strange in the cup like gelatinous & the taste was so gross. It must be an extremely cheap random brand or spoilt? This place seemed pretty awesome—it looks nice and the idea of quality healthy food is perfect.

Taste of china is my go to from here. I don’t know how they make their broccoli but it’s the only broccoli i can eat. 10/10

Wish I can give 0 stars ; they never put the whole order in the bag when you Uber and just say o well you can come pick it up ; sorry yea it's an inconvenience; dry old cold chicken extra items I didn't order in the salad and my husband had to go out of his way to go get it himself because they don't complete orders ; I call to speak to the manager his best solution is a refund and a nasty attitude when I'm
Not happy with his solution ; I said I was going to write a review he screamed at me and ask so y am I calling as if it's my fault when I gave two chances for a reasonable souloution not me starving for 2 hours to get old salad for 20 dollars ; btw the split pea soup is disgustionh to top it off ; 85 dollars on 3 items this place has gone way down hill

Healthy selections from a diverse menu are what make this a must visit restaurant. The food is delicious and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend Nature's Grill.

What a beautiful spot! Born and raised on Staten Island yet haven’t been here consistently for the past 5-years and.. just coming across this place! Decided to treat myself to dinner and nourish under the Full Moon.. what a great. The burger deluxe with sweet potato fries!

I also met Eli and.. what a presence! If every business had an Eli, it would thrive. He is heart-focused and holds a frequency that is deeply felt.. from the phone to in-person pick up. Very grateful.

Took my food to go, sorry for no pictures but I got the Teriyaki bowl and it tasted excellent. Minor concern about the amount of oil used but overall it was a lot of food for what you pay, including tons of protein! I was very pleased. Service was great. Very high quality staff. I will definitely come back.
Also there is a small but very convenient parking lot!

The food is consistently fresh. All menu selections are healthy, well balanced and tasty. Definitely worth a visit to Nature's Grill.
