The atmosphere is uninviting. I don’t know if it’s because I don’t look Mexican or they’re just bitter towards everyone. They speak to you in a rude tone if you kindly ask a question. I was being very polite. Both the man and the woman gave me an attitude. They act as if you’re bothering them by walking in. Not going in there again.

Al pastor tacos & bistec Tex-mex quesadilla was not flavorful at all. Got an agua de horchata that not what I expected to look and taste like. Definitely don’t recommend there’s far better Mexican restaurants.

Honestly besides the reviews talking about the bad service for the lady’s attitude; I worked in a fast food restaurant and that was such a bad experience, customers being rude for no reason, and that will literally ruin our day, and sadly our humor too. Now imagine being a owner of a restaurant. Having to deal with a lot of people.I understand that if you’re a owner of a restaurant you must be aware and be nice to customers no matter what. But at the end of the day we’re humans. :/When I go to a place and the person behind the counter is giving me an attitude I just ignore it tbh. The lady is not mean for reason or being straight up rude; she’s just misunderstood because even though she might come off as rude she’s also being respectful.Other than that the food is AMAZING and the portions are huge. Food 10/10

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. The first time I ordered pozole and I asked the lady in a bad mood if they gave me the condiments for the pozole. Answered me ; take what is necessary. I called so that they sent it to me and they answered that they could not. And today was the second and last time that he ordered from here. Because I called at 12:01 pm for a pickup of 8 tacos, and they told me they were ready in 30 minutes. I went to pick up the order at 1pm and the very rude lady told me they are not ready yet, they want the order or not anymore. And I figured they hadn't put in the order yet. Very bad service.
