So last week I placed an order spur of the moment because I needed to have a meeting with my employees. I spoke to Christine in the morning and last minute placed a catering order. She was very patient and i literally drove her crazy changing my order a few times… I’ve never ordered from here but my mom ranted and raved about their bagels. Well she couldn’t be more spot on. My pancakes was delicious, the bagels were so soft and fresh. Thank you for being 💯 perfect for for Accommodating my last-minute order. I will be forever, lacing orders with you guys in the future!!

They never disappoint! We have ordered over the years catering from them for our office and they have always come through. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Even yesterday, we had to place a last minute catering order that was fairly large, and they were more than accommodating towards us and came through last minute. Colleen who answers the phones is such a sweetheart and pleasure to speak to. We will always support our local businesses and look forward to many orders from them.

This is a nice establishment, but they took shrinkflation to another level. I need two bagels to feel full. I understand businesses need to make money but increase the cost of the bagel instead of making them pathetically small.

I went in this morning and was met by a very nice lady behind the counter. I ordered 2 egg sandwiches. I don’t know if they were contending with power outages recently with all the bad weather but there was something definitely wrong with the eggs. The scrambled eggs had an over powering smell of sulfur. In my experience this occurs when eggs are about to spoil. I was disappointed as the bread looked fresh and prepared with care. Will not return.

Not certain why it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged especially when there were 4 employees working and only TWO customers. Perhaps it was because one of us has more melanin? I was ignored- neither greeted or acknowledged- by a woman flirting with a customer. Finally recognized by a sweet apologetic female worker from the BACK of the store. Sometimes it's best to get your bagels from the corner deli where they are kinder. Sadly, my carb fix was not met. Hard bagels but a good iced macchiato. Will NEVER be back.

Went out to get bagels and they were STALE! They were prob from the day before. Extremely disappointed with the quality and how the place let its quality go. I used to come often and they were great but, I don't know what happened to you guys. Clearly something changed, Ive read other reviews and yeah you guys really fell off. Not only the bagels were hard and stale the taste of them are trash now too.

I called them, They said it just left, but in reality when the driver got to my house, she said she had a lot of deliveries and the order was so cold I had to microwave it. I will never order from here again. This was completely unacceptable. They just lost 2 customers.

The Knicks: are they gonna win it all? This bagel 🥯 may or may not think so, since sports superstition is perfectly understandable. In my humble opinion, the same could be asked of the Mets in this sportsball ano de 2025! My only complaint, through no fault of this bagelry & the people who work there, is that the olives in the Olive 🫒 Cream Cheese made the very fresh cream cheese taste like a strange version of ice cream. But I suppose 🤔 some people are into that!
