This place gets nothing from me, I asked the guy on counter for a cup of ice and he deny me a cup of ice, never on my life this has happen .. I finished working out and had no water left Waller on car and all I asked for you as a miserable cuz of ice and This kid said no I’m shocked .. you never ever deny cup of ice or cup of water to anyone ever .. disappointed and discussing...

My goal was to sign up for this gym but honestly after speaking to one of the membership employees Phil, I'm most likely not going to sign up anymore. He was extremely inexperienced in customer service and was extremely pushy in attempting to get people to sign up. Like I totally get that it's based on commission but instead of trying to cheat people off and getting them to sign up; actually connecting with those who are interested in signing up so that way you will actually create members. His mentality was to sign up and put down your payment and all to try out a gym rather than trying out first then talking about numbers.

Come on wIth the bad reviews of this gym. It's empty in the morning. Can use whatever I want. The scene is gone. All the guidos went to the other location. The spin class is great. Healthy restaurant (better gourmet) is up the block. Parking is good. Convenient area. Dunkin' is also acRoss the way. How could you go wrong with the convenience of the location.

Honestly speaking for the prices la fitness charge they need to step there game up the equipment is old but the main thing is the people are so rude i went to la fitness in winter park florida all new equipment and great atmosphere staten island has some of the most racist inconsiderate privileged assholes i ever seen in all 3 locations the gym in all locations are always dirty equipment all over can't even find a shoulder pad ill keep going to planet fitness never had a issue there

First off I would like to say I really love this L.A. Fitness but I have a few concerns. 1. The machines are very old and some are broke and have been broken for a while and haven't been serviced.2. The bathrooms are always very dirty, no matter what time I'm there.3. I see the workers just sitting around instead of fixing the weights and dumbells.I've been to a lot of gyms and never seen the dumbells spread all around the gym like they are in L.A. and I'm talking about 4am which means the night people are not doing their jobs.I really hope these issues will be addressed soon. I'm paying $39.99 a month and really leaning going back to Retro Fitness for $19.99 a month which is much cleaner.

I travel quite a bit so I go to many LA's. It's bad enough I had to get a signature membership to use LA in New York, but this was the worst LA fitness I've ever been to. The equipment was not only rusted but also had broken clips on the cable machines. Looks like they haven't vacuumed in ages. The air even felt dirty! Everything was sticky and the trash cans were over flowing. I'm in town all week but will drive the extra couple miles to the other location because this place was disgusting.

Great gym, always clean and the staff is great. The GM Kenny is an awesome guy. He gave my family a great deal and checks up on us now and then to make sure everything is going well

Great smoothies, they are made quick and they are tasty. Good for a pre workout or for a meal. If ur in a hurry and ok to pay 7 bucks, it's good.

Kenny Yoo the newer GM here is completely inexperienced in customer service. We had an issue with our account when he came and instead of being helpful or problem solving with us, he cheated my family out of an extra $90 for another new membership. He told me he would look into the issue and call back, which he never did. His membership quota is obviously more important than retention. I would never want this GM to represent my brand.
