I was in New Dorp on Staten Island. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich. It had no flavor, it was cold and I found hair in the food. I immediately threw up and disposed of my whole meal. I was so disgusted that I left immediately. I also ordered the lemonade, which tasted ok, but I bet it was made with disgusting circumstances. They have to change some things and clean the dining room more often. I won't be coming here anytime soon until I see cleaning renovations and major changes to the quality of the food. I was definitely at the On A Roll location in New Dorp of Staten Island, NY.

OMG, I would give this place 10 Stars, I got the burger on thursday it was too delicious, the next day it was all I could think about... so I ordered the turkey sandwich... this PLACE is AMAZING, the best BUN EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so you can remain in Staten Island and be transported back to Brooklyn of the 80’s and 90’s. Smaller menu but amazing high quality food. A real treat.

first of all, the volume of bad reviews already speaks to the character of this place. countless reviews mention their food having microwave quality. to these comments the owner replied promising no microwaves were in use. he lied. i came in one day for training and i personally witnessed the crackhead in the back throwing some garbage in the microwave to serve to people. on top of that the staff doesn’t wash their hands.

Honestly very disappointed in this place.was very exited to try this Staten location as I grew up eating R.n.R and this was an absolute waste. so sad that the owner praises all his food and his quality when this is honestly Disgusting low quality food from the burger to the roast beef to the fries and cheese cups.
