Unprofessional. Horrible management. I normally don’t write reviews unless needed . & this definitely needs to address. Soda machine down . They bought bottle soda & served flat soda. No ice tea . The app took a very long while to come out. How long does it take take to fry onions. Our server was clueless she didn’t try to justify the long wait nor notice it took long or apologize. We had to keep asking her what the hold was she finally said the kitchen was backed up. But surprisingly the place wasn’t completely packed half full. There seem to be alot of workers and what looks like a lady who looks like the mgr hanging out in the corners of the room talking loudly & laughing while the diners are waiting or trying to at least patiently for our food. No mgr came to ask or apologize for the delay. Almost an hour I asked to speak to a mgr. Waited waited our food finally came which was just averaged. server never came to asked how the food still no mgr server finally came & asked if we needed anything we said the mgr and the check. We only got the check no mgr. I don’t like to make a scene and walk up looking for the mgr. Maybe i should have. Worst service and restaurant ever. We were so disgusted and tired.

Elizabeth S. The waiter was not pleasant at all, the kitchen switched the orders, took to long to bring back the food, and they got the wrong plate, she overcharged two Items and then seemed annoyed, instead of been humble, after the bad experience with the wrong food.

Waitress was very good but had a horrible experience with the food everything came out all wrong hair in my food, food was over seasoned some of the food was totally not prepared as ordered,
Everything was good except the steak was over done(we ordered medium rare)

I had amazing experience the host, Lexie, was such a polite and bright, amazing young lady respectful. She took great care of us with fast service. We also had our waiter Jackie what a wonderful woman she made sure that my food was correct and I was satisfied with my order great personality and I recommend outback for everybody. It’s a good night out.
