They first messed up my order by giving me just a soup instead of a mac and a sandwich and chips, and now from the new order that took very long to get I found one of the pieces of chicken raw in my sandwich. Severely raw, not even just a “little undercooked.” This can make people extremely sick.

What I can’t stand about Panera is not only how overpriced it is but that the workers never tell you when they’re out of something and instead either leave it out or substitute it with something else without even telling the customer. Got the green goddess cob salad and chicken chipotle avocado melt and there was no avocados in any of these items and they gave Italian dressing instead of green goddess. With the prices that we pay the most common decency would be to at least tell the customer you are out of something or ask them what they would like to substitute it for.. Salad also did not appear fresh. Lady serving food behind the counter seemed to just be rushing out food without even checking if the food was done correctly. She seemed like she didn’t care and just wanted to get orders out. I told her I was missing a coffee and she looked at me with an attitude until I told her that it was still sitting behind her on the counter..

you can barely get a hold of the employees, they completely ignore you. my mobile order wasn’t ready even after 30 minutes of waiting and it was impossible to talk to an employee to ask about its status. i saw a man waiting for the cashier to ring him up for literally 10 minutes. DO NOT COME HERE

I have to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star because I'm so grossed out by the staff at this panera bread.the male employees who are serving the food have on no hair net, my soup was old. The staff was rude, and told me I couldn't put the soup in the dump container. It was full of liquid because I didn't eat it and it was hot. I didnt want it to spill on me and burn me. Not a good place to eat. Avoid this place . It's gross

Used to come here a lot will not come anymore.My wife and I stopped by today.For soup for lunch, her soup, which was chicken.Noodle had no noodles and no chicken.It was just broth and on top of that.My cheddar broccoli soup was filled with old hard cheese.I'm showing a picture to prove that.So another one questions me. Also, the employees behind the counter.The two guys, one has black hair.One has red hair have on a hat.But all their hair is sticking out with no hair on . In food service, you were supposed to have all your hair covered unless if it's out the back of your head.Like a ponytail which is okay. These two gentlemen had hair on the sides and or front of their head sticking out.Which is easy to fall into people's food. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.This was one of the most disgusting experiences.I've ever had. On top of that, we want to put our plates in the dump bin, where the plates go, and the guy who cleans up tells us, well, why don't you just throw it away. That's not my job.He gets paid to do that.If he doesn't like his job and he doesn't like cleaning, don't get an attitude with the customers.And don't have the job in the first place. This place has disappointed me for the last time.I will be going to tim horton's or somewhere across the street.In the mall.
Great Panera location. The inside is the new modern look and the staff was friendly. The food came out perfectly and the place was very clean. Definitely the best Panera on the island

I know I went to Panera bread in hylan boulevard, but I never went to the one near the mall. I went here for the first time with two groups from JCC and my experience here is A-OK. 👍👌😊 The restaurant look like it just opened and ready for business. I sat down in this square round table and the dining area looked really fine and artistic. There are art 🎭 pieces all over the wall. The Colors in here have like a cafe art style to it. It's fascinating. I ordered an Italian steak and mozzarella sandwich with a cup of fruit salad. It equaled out to $18.84 and it was delicious 😋. Some of the food looks pretty expensive, that's why I have to make my own drink.🍷 I know they serve breakfast and coffee but I never got a chance to try their soup. 🍲 I might have to come back here again for the full experience and try out their sweet desserts. 🎂🍪
