Here, a young black man working in the kitchen is lying on the floor with his gloved hands, looking for things, and then he doesn't change his gloves and cooks food with those gloves on. He doesn't even look at the customers even if they are upset, even if he is upset himself... I used to go there often, but I guess I shouldn't go there anymore. The problem of always having to wait doesn't show any signs of improvement...
Again, This is a place you should never go to. Why should I pay my own money to endure such discrimination and rudeness? Even though I went to pick it up today, the black employee from before didn't care at all as if she was not my employee and I waited for 20 minutes to finally receive my order, but she said there was no cup lid and just left. It's really unbelievable. The only thing I got out of this was that I've once again confirmed that this is a place you should never go to.

Marsh Ave Location Staten Island, was my go too. Terrible service. Orders always come out wrong since the moved the mangers and staff from Hyland to this location. Really bad there was chicken in my broccoli and cheddar soup

Been to many Paneras so far this gotta be the best had the Mac and cheese with creamy tomato soup with a grilled cheese was amazing worth my dollar!

Baked potato soup was good if a bit non-descript. Chicken Asiago bagel sandwich was ok too much arugula. $ 61.00 for fou you pick two and only 1 medium drink. Overall too expensive for what you get. Citrus punch is good
Food is always good and mostly fresh. But if you go later you may encounter a less fresh piece of bread. Though I guess you can not blame them. The soda machine should always offer plain selzer. I wish they had unsweetened green iced tea but I guess I can make it.
