Clean and professional, however they could have had more staff on the register.
Place went downhill.. coffee not changed, no milk, waited for someone to take my order for 5 minutes and no other customers were on line.
I wanted a light lunch. Panera was my first choice. I was surprised to see that the portions inside are bigger than take out. The caesar salad was good. Lettuce was fresh and crisp. Dressing was great. The bread was fresh and tasty. My only complaint was the chicken. It was cold and dried out. Staff was friendly and the salad was ready in less than five minutes. Panera is good but not great.
Employees are nice, not their fault but this place is the most expensive Panera I’ve ever been too. Not to mention you have 1 employee working register at 12:30pm prime lunch time. No self order kiosks. However place was clean and quiet which I did appreciate
I ordered the lobster roll and the Mac and cheese. With one cookie and a drink it was $45 and change ! But that’s not the worse part of it. I got extremely sick after the meal with major stomach issues including vomiting. My doctor believes it was food poisoning. I am on hold with their corporate office right now for the last 20 minutes! I am so upset since nothing like this has ever happened to me before and I hope that I never experience something like this again. I thought I was going to die.
I am usually happier with Panera. Usually, I enjoy fresh and original food. Today was terrible. Out of my whole order, part of bowl ingredients run out, and they managed to serve the French onion soup without croutons and even without cheese!!! If I did not point out that they had my loaf of bread they would have not given it to me with my order. I don't know what it is, new management,new guys working there, lack of thaining, lack of experience, or just simply lack of care? I only gave it 2 stars because if my previous experience. Today was awful.
Way over priced in my opinion. My husband had the Tai chicken soup which left him sick for 24 hours. Your options are so grand for their prices. I'd go somewhere else. The atmosphere is also very bla.
My son wanted to have some snacks, so we went to this Panera Bread.The cashier who’s an Asian guy was poker-faced, no hello, no smile,the entire order progress was cold. After we ordered, I showed him my vaccination card in my phone and my ID. He said we wouldn’t take vaccination card by phone. But the truth was I just did in the same Panera store yesterday, a black girl serviced us, she’s very nice, friendly, we had good time. So I said I just showed my vaccination card by my phone yesterday here. He didn’t care, still the coldest attitude, and said he’s the manager, and this’s the company rules, so we couldn’t eat there. We left and ate in another restaurant.After few days, we went to another Panera store on Richmond ave., we showed our vaccination cards by phone to dine in , everything is fine, no such a rule as that guy said.We are Panera clients for years, but I have to say this store is sucks because of this “manager”.
Don't know how you can make dry eggs but you did and the bread is hard as hell. Now I know why I stopped getting my lunch at panera, over priced and not worth it. It's in the trash like them
Quick service and always hot and good! I actually feel bad for the workers here, they are always on the receiving end of someones bad day :( you guys are doing awesome!

I have constantly been giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Even under constant new management I cannot enjoy my food. Worst Panera I’ve ever been to in the nation. Very petite portions, less of a drink selection than other locations, the woman with tattoos and glasses didn’t seem to care when I expressed these things to her. I will not be eating here again due to this!
Used to come here often, but recently my experience has not been up to par. When bringing up my concerns to the manager, the woman with tattoos gave me an unacceptable attitude. She seems to treat her workers AND customers with little respect. Food is always good and restaurant is clean, but if I see her upon entering, I will take my business elsewhere.
All dilivery don’t come store pick up.The company asked us to come here pick up.This old male waiter had a very bad attitude. He said that I came too early, and I had to arrived after one more hour We arrived at the time given to us by doordash. I had no choice .He does not respect what we have done. There is no restaurant treat driver like thisIt's difficult for the delivery person. Since you can't prepare food on time, you can talk to us. Instead of embarrassing us. You keep using a reproachful tone and angrily asking me who told me to come so early several times. I said the company ask me arrived on time. All Doordash delivery personnel know that we violated the contract by being 10 minutes late and will be warned by the company. The account will also face the risk of being cancelled. Why should I be scolded by you like this. Will you treat employees who deliver food like this with peace of mind? Maybe it's because I wasam a girl. Poor English. If you think I dare not complain to you, you dare to be so rude. the driver who delivered the meal tried to avoid this restaurant. I really don’t understand that this store can’t hire people to work anymore. Find an old, ugly, bad attitude and racially discriminatory staff to affect the business here.
Worst Panera I’ve ever been to in the nation. Tiny portions, less of a drink selection than other locations, the staff didn’t seem to care when I mentioned the half sandwich is more like a 1/2 at other locations, service seemed slow for the place, even though it was off hour.Hope to not find other locations as bad as this one and keep the faith in Panera. Surprised the ratings are as high on here for this disappointing location. Perhaps I it was an odd shift working at 2 pm on December 30th, 2021 that day.
