I wanted a light lunch. Panera was my first choice. I was surprised to see that the portions inside are bigger than take out. The caesar salad was good. Lettuce was fresh and crisp. Dressing was great. The bread was fresh and tasty. My only complaint was the chicken. It was cold and dried out. Staff was friendly and the salad was ready in less than five minutes. Panera is good but not great.
Employees are nice, not their fault but this place is the most expensive Panera I’ve ever been too. Not to mention you have 1 employee working register at 12:30pm prime lunch time. No self order kiosks. However place was clean and quiet which I did appreciate
I usually have very good experiences at Panera Bread. This time the meal looked haphazardly put together, tasted okay and they weren't even busy. Hopefully this isn't a trend since I do enjoy their selection.
