Horrible location! They don’t have enough people to be behind the counter, and then you see workers THAT DONT EVEN SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. Stay away from this location! Rude and alway missing food from my orders. Never seen a worse establishment in this plaza than the ones run by these people. Will never return to this location again based on their food and way they handle their customers. Disgraceful and horrible.

I’ve been coming here for two years consistently for studying purposes and one of the best locations I can say. Staff started as strangers and grew to be like Family to me. Management and staff are amazing , don’t let the negative reviews fool you. This is an amazing study location with good quality food. Shout out to my Panera Family

The manager here is a bully. Every time I come in to use my Sip Club Membership (unlimited drinks each month), she gives me a hard time to refill my drink before a 2-hour window. I have to set my watch alarm for 2 hours exactly or she gives me grief. Really. And often she'll make beef about my using my own (clean!) re-uasable, planet-friendly cup instead of their plastic, disposable 1-time use, landfill-bound cup. I've gone to 7 different Paneras in the NY / NJ area, and she is the only one who kicks up dust about these things. Very frustrating and annoying. Hence 1 star instead of my usual 5-star reviews. Not surprising this is THE least crowded Panera of all the ones I frequent.

I order a Greek salad pay extra for avocado I get one tiny piece of avocado 🤦‍♀️ and the chicken doesn’t taste well horrible salad what a waste of money . Yall got to do better

STAY AWAY from this location. Don’t waste your money here. Whoever is making sandwiches at this location either needs to be retrained or have some sort of common sense. If this is your definition of a Tuna “sandwich” you need help. Ordered a tuna sandwich and what I received is a total joke. Pictures are attached to show a sandwich that was practically just cheese. For almost $16 if this is what your sending out to people you should be ashamed. I saw many reviews from others as well saying how the sandwiches have barely anything in them and unfortunately I experienced the same. Staff needs to deff be retrained!

Ordered a bacon turkey bravo sandwich. Not a single piece of bacon in it and they wrapped a pickle in with the sandwich AND there was some sort of cinnamon spread on the cheese. Who let their 2 year old in the kitchen?

We are big fans of Panera Bread and this location is a breath of fresh air. We've especially been impressed with the high standards and friendly attitude of the manager, Shellyann and a cashier named Stephan. They are both attentive to the in-store customers and the food is fresh and ready on time. The consistency of food quality and service makes it worth our time to drive to the Hylan Blvd location even though we live closer to the mall.

This place is always just running out of items. They had no cup lids today? Then ran out of cups? And havent had iced coffee all day and hadent had the pump liquid suger for 4 days

I have yet to order from a location that is so consistently oblivious in terms of packaging their to go orders. I will not be ordering from this location for pickup/uber eats, etc…. Ever again. The ability to be so consistent in getting the order wrong is honestly impressive. 10/10 would recommend to avoid ordering from this location. I have ordered from them several times, and several times they have excluded yet charged me for items that I paid for.
