My 86-year-old mother and I came here for lunch today and were blown away by Shelby, the gentleman who so graciously took our order and helped us save $4 off our bill. Many thanks to Shelby! Our food was good and prepared quickly. We are very pleased.

THE OLD MEN THAT HANG OUT HERE ALL MORNING HAVE TO GO !! They are loud, they take over multiple tables for hours, they even got into a physical fight with one another a few months ago. But they are allowed to still loiter here all morning! People don't even dine inside because of them. 12/19 in the morning - Croissant was left in oven too long was hard and took one bite it crumbled apart had to eat rest of breakfast sandwich on just the bottom piece of bread. Got blueberries in oatmeal but I asked for strawberries on order kiosk.

Oh, let me tell you about the absolute horror show that was Panera's customer service recently. I don't really think I have ever seen a staff that could not care less about actually serving customers. From the second I walked in, it was just obvious that anyone who worked there would rather be anywhere else.
First, I stood at the counter for what felt like an eternity while employees chatted amongst themselves, occasionally casting a disinterested glance in my direction-as if I was an inconvenience just by existing. Finally, when one of them decided to take my order, the attitude was so cold I could practically feel frost forming on the register. No smile, no eye contact-just a dead stare and a monotone "What do you want?
" as if I had disturbed their day. And when they *finally* called my order, it was tossed onto the counter without so much as a word. I had questions about my food, such as where half of it was, but they were nowhere to be found.
I had to go on a scavenger hunt just to find somebody who could actually help me, and even then, I received eye-rolling and huffing like I was asking for a solid gold sandwich or something. To top it all off, when I asked to speak to a manager, they told me "the manager isn't available." Really? During the middle of the day? I am pretty sure the Panera version of "customer service" means doing everything humanly possible to avoid customers. If you like even the slightest bit of respect as a human being, don’t come here. go anywhere else.

This place is atrocious, the soup had hairs in it as well as being cold, after asking for another they denied my request and were disrespectful in the process. DO NOT COME HERE!

Came for a soup and sandwich. Soup was cold. Sandwich when unwrapped fell apart
and tasted like one of the workers dipped it in salt. It was a to go order and not worth the drive. Will not go back to their location. They need better management.

I've ordered here about 10 times and have rarely received what I actually ordered from this location. Any modifications are ignored, items forgotten, wrong items given. Sandwiches always look like they were made in the back of a moving truck going 60mph.
My (very picky!) Daughter and I were just helped by the most kind and helpful order taker / cashier named Precious. She took such great care of us despite our being the annoying kind of customers who don't know what they want & changing our minds & our order and needing all sorts of accommodations and special requests. Ugh on us, right? But not Precious. She maintained her warmth and friendliness until my daughter's tomato soup and chicken-less chicken salad was served. I am eternally grateful for her patient kindness!
