This Panera is in a prime location,However, the staff there doesn't have any work integrity.My order was packed wrong, instead of a full sandwich, I got a half.The bread tasted old and dried.The woman who I assume to be the restaurant manager was packing good without wearing a hairnet/cap and at the same time chewing gum talking on her phone via headset.Just overall poor, food service health code adherence.I'm surprised the health department didn't close this place down yet.

Best Panera I visited. Coffee is very good, always fresh and hot. Their breakfast sandwiches are fresh and delicious. My favorite sandwich is avocado with egg whites on Ciabatta bread. You have to try it!

I usually come during the mornings with my partner, all of a sudden it’s an issue to physically touch each other when nothing more than normal has happened. I think the staff should be less strict because that’s why they have the few people they have.

This Panera is not consistent which results in bad customer service. I come here often and when I recently went was told by the cashier that mixing lemonade flavors is forbidden and she could get in "lots of trouble" for doing so.. eve though my usual order is a mixed lemonade. There are also full reddit channels dedicated to Panera mixed drink combinations, but anyhow...I shared with the cashier that I found the inconsistency to be bad customer service and she storms off to get her manager because "she can't do this", which is not good customer service. As if, she is the queen of Panera and how dare I offend her with one calmly stated, but true remark. It was very strange. The manager comes and is equally as rude, using a combination of stares and long silence to try to create intimidation. She then asks that same cashier to prepare my drink, which the cashier slams it on the counter once it was done. The whole experience further proved my remark on the bad customer service. It actually went from bad to worse. I felt like I was in a Jamaican restaurant and asked for extra oxtail gravy. Do better y'all.

Awesome delicious food, especially a charged iced tea with caffeine, I drank biggest size felt Awesome and never crashed I think it is better than coffee.

I never really write reviews for anything but I was extremely impressed with the service at this Panera. I ordered a pick up order, 2 iced lattes and 2 soufflés. The food was delicious and fresh and the employees were extremely kind and helpful. Probably the best managed Panera I’ve ever seen. I’d highly recommend this Panera for anyone looking for a quick breakfast option

Nice professional manager must be managing the best customer service I have seen. Friendly and respectful crew, hard to find somewhere else, would make you feel welcomed in the place.In top of all that clean place and you have choices to sit outside or inside .I drive all the way from the other side of the island to have my breakfast here.Panera, in The Boulevard , is the best one in the Staten Island??Vegetarian options: You will find what makes a vegetarian person happy.Parking: Plenty of spots plus a special parking lot nest to it.
