Today was my first time ordering from this place. I got the onion Panini with sausage, broccolini and mozzarella. It was really good. I enjoyed it a lot! Lot! I referred my friend to get the same thing and I definitely will be ordering this again. My food was still hot when I received it. That was good.

Please read !!!!!! I’ve been ordering from panino for over a year and never had a problem. I decided to order from uber eats or I think DoorDash and the food came at a decent time but that wasn’t the problem. The issue I had was the driver who delivered my food from panino. I left on the app to leave the food at the door because I have dogs who go crazy as a dog owner you understand and the driver calls me and tells me the food is here and tells me to come and get it . I explained to him that if he can leave it by the stairs and about my dog situation. He proceeds to then ask me if I tipped on the app or do I have cash? I explained to him that I don’t tip until after I receive my food which is an option if I prefer to do that . He tries to tell me that it’s too late for me to do that if I can give him the cash and I said no I didn’t have cash on me I was going to do it on the app . So then he asks me how much was I going to tip and was very rude to me in the tone of his voice and he made me feel very pressured to tip him at the moment HE wanted and how much it was so that possibly he can criticize it . I explained to him that it shouldn’t matter what I tip it’s the point of even tipping and I told him I’m gonna call your manager about it and all he said to me was “if you didn’t have money for a tip you could’ve just said so … have a happy new year “ with a sarcastic attitude. I understand that people need to make money around the holidays but TIPPING IS AN OPTION NOT A REQUIREMENT! I shouldn’t have felt pressured about tipping you at the moment you wanted because you didn’t see it on the app . I lived 5-10 minutes away by drive it’s not necessary to always tip . If I lived far away I would completely understand but like I told the owner of the place I always tip no matter what but this one time after that conversation I wasn’t doing it . I explained to the owner he’s hired/getting paid to do deliveries why do I need to feel pressured to tip if he’s getting paid to do this work anyways . Not everyone has cash to tip or maybe some people can only afford the dinner they ordered. But that wasn’t the case for me and I’m very disappointed I got treated like this . I hope this driver gets fired or at least gets in trouble for the way he speaks to someone . If he needs money so badly he should work 2 jobs then .

***Unprofessional & Rude***

I entered the restaurant and I was standing there for a while to be seated. I looked towards the bar and I saw 4 employees talking at the bar ignoring the fact that I was there. Very rude and unprofessional. Next time I rather go to a deli.

I was visiting friends in NY, and on the day of my return to FL, my girlfriend took me to Panino Rustico, where I met JACK, he was excellent and authentic New Yorker, with accent and all (adorable).. The menu choices are excellent, we had truffle fries, I had the P48 Panini (steak, mozzarella with peppers & onions) and to cap off as a desert, I had the Iced Nutella Latte... All were excellent. I love a Hot Panini and it was perfect, flavors were cheesy perfect. Even the ambiance was charming and the Service was impeccable. I truly cannot say enough. So when you go, say HI to Jack!! Coworker recommended the place to me, and 10/10 would go back again and try their other paninis.

I got the panini with burrata, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, and truffle oil.

Pricing is not bad at all either & there was a good amount of parking in the back lot.

Made on order on their website for pick up and paid in store via debit. Order was wrong and all painins were cold. Two were missing ingredients.Called and was told I could only get a credit for one on my next visit/order. I will not return or order. So they made money for lousy service. Sandwiches were not worth it.

Very very delicious panini I had the prosciutto with fresh mozzarella and tomatoes.
My son had mozzarella and tomatoes and my other son had chicken cutlet with fresh Mozzarella..
We all shared what the parmesan fries which were very yummy.

Too full for dessert..

Best Panini on Staten Island!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got home from picking up the food and realized they didn’t give me all of the food I paid for. I called and asked for my money back when I drove all the way back to pick it up. Girl on the phone told me yes no problem. Then called back after I already drove almost all the way back and said they couldn’t give me the money back but I could come pick it up or they could give me a store credit. Apparently no one was in the store that could clarify why they couldn’t give me my money back. Absolutely awful customer service. Worst part is, food tasted terrible!! Wasn’t worth driving back and forth for!
