I usually order to my home. Everyone in my home loves Panino Rustico. I order frequently. Everything is fresh and good my order is always correct. I have also eaten at the restaurant the service is very good. Everything is clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. Keep up the great work. Everyone needs to try the soups they are delicious.

I recently ordered three pastrami sandwiches for dinner on a Friday night, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The quality of the meat was disappointing; it was tough and did not meet my expectations for what a good pastrami sandwich should be. More concerningly, consuming these sandwiches resulted in a severe adverse reaction. I experienced significant gastrointestinal distress for two days, which suggests the possibility of food spoilage or cross-contamination issues.
Following this incident, I reached out to the establishment to express my concerns and was met with an apology. However, given the severity of my experience, I feel it is necessary to advise potential customers to consider alternative dining options. Food safety and quality are paramount, and my experience raises concerns about both at this establishment."

Absolutely my go to for ordering out! They have something for everyone. My husband loves the P50, I get Broccoli Rabe and caponata, while my 18 yo gets a cheese panino, and my 1 yo loves their pizza!

FAST delivery, and the food was... AMAZING. The iced frappe was the best I ever had, the cheesecake cones were to die for, and the paninis were--UNREAL. We definitely will be repeating business here... AMAZING AND A MUST-GO-TO. And this was all take out!! I am looking forward to coming here for dine-in experience. The girls on the phone were all so nice. AMAZING!

I have genuinely never tasted a better thing than the smoked salmon truffle oil goat cheese panini at this place. It leaves me speechless EVERYTIME.Service is great and the ambiance is welcoming!

I visited the Brooklyn location frequently but I refuse to ever eat here again. I had a horrific experience when I first moved to Staten Island. I ordered food to be delivered and I waited patiently for it to arrive. I called the restaurant several times and I was told that the delivery had been completed. I insisted that it wasn't. The delivery person insisted that he had delivered it to the correct address. When I asked for details he proceeded to curse me out and hang up on me. Several hours later a neighbor knocked on my door with my food. Needless to say that it was delivered to the wrong address, it was ice cold and no longer needed because I had eaten something else. When I called the restaurant to complain no one took my complaint seriously and my money wasn't refunded. They won't be getting anymore business from me.
