Better ingredients, better pizza. That's the chain's slogan. My only guess is that they are still waiting for those better ingredients to arrive. One look at this pie, and you can tell they are not using high-quality ingredients. Just look at that cheese ! It's not good and it's not even dirt cheap. Even the bread sticks are flavorless. Can't recommend this pizza. I give it a 4.1.

Ordered online, after an hour and 20 minutes of waiting and trying to call you he store to ask about my order with no one picking up I ended up having to drive down to the freaking location for a refund. Unless you’re doing pick up, don’t bother with this place.

I called to complain about the pizza… the manager hanged up on me. I wasn’t asking for anything in return… it was terrible, and he hanged up again thinking I will just go away. First the put on the app that they already delivered.. then the driver called that he was here and he wasn’t… the worst experience and I love papa John’s… people be thinking u want percentage off, free pizza… not everyone wants something from you… it was not a good pizza.

Had to finish cooking the pizza in my own oven, come on guys. You can do better. $25 bucks for a medium sized pie, least you can do is let it finish cooking.

Took them a long time to prepare my pizza even though I placed the order online for pick up. As I was waiting, four other customers came in and picked up their orders all before me. Workers were not that nice and makes the orders really slow. The inside is small and stuffy as well, not good ventilation.
