My family and i ordered our thanksgiving dinner for the first time this year and it was absolutely delicious. We had the sweet potato, turkey, mashed potatoes and robins stuffing and nothing was left over. The food was packed with flavor and especially the turkey it was moist and flavorful! Amazing service, the owners are so professional and accommodating to you. 11/10

Been ordering for this place from you their food is good I just ordered a baked calzone it was half the size of the one we usually get only one person could eat and I went without eating Don't know what happened here

We ordered a bunch of different dishes and they were all on point!! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. This will definitely be a regular spot for us. Friendly service and family atmosphere. Huge menu for whatever you're craving. Highly recommend.

Have ordered here numerous times and the food is always good. Tried ordering online and they said a $10 delivery fee which is crazy, I called them and the person answering the phone said that now it’s a $5 delivery fee because we are 3.3 miles away. When I told her we’ve ordered numerous times, all close to $100 each time, she said well they should’ve charged you. I then asked where the $5 goes to the driver or business, she said the business. I told them we would not be ordering from here any longer she said ok and hung up. A business is willing to lose $1,000’s in orders each year for $5, seems a bit insane.

Rude staff , always an issue with delivery. Something missing , something wrong. Food good so I always over look it … well today once again they forgot my soda . When I called I was told they wouldn’t be bringing it back because of the rain & being so busy … thanks so ruining my dinner … just lost a customer.

Absolutely stellar from point A to B!

I ordered a last minute catering sandwich and pizza package for my company and the staff at Basil went above and Beyond! They gave me extra food because of the amount of time it was going to take to prepare (I was fine waiting, I understand a last minute order of that size it not easy to accommodate). They did originally forgot our soda (I didn't call about it, again, was fine with the accommodations) but they sent a 2nd driver out with it! Del the driver was amazing! I didn't catch the 2nd drivers name, but he was also a rockstar!

Everything was delicious and our guests from out-of-town were beyond impressed with this Staten Island eatery! Thank you Basil team of Forest Ave! You're truly excellent!

The food here is amazing!
Anything that they put out is always fresh and packed with flavor. The service is always friendly, inside is very clean and makes you feel welcome.
I would highly suggest to try their calamari and steak sandwich. I’d recommend this place 10 out of 10 times to anyone.

I recently visited Basil Cucina and was blown away! I ordered the Mamacita’s Panini and the Mac and Cheese Egg Rolls both were absolutely outstanding. The flavors were incredible, and everything was cooked to perfection. On top of that, the service was amazing. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I would a million percent recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Italian-inspired comfort food. Can’t wait to go back!!!!!!!
