Limited quantity. Any time of day they don’t stock the bakery with their full inventory. Also the white trays are oily and have streak marks. I see the worker use a dirty rag to wipe the trays. The tongs are never cleaned (an employee shared with me) (use the tissues to grab the pastries). The workers especially at the cashier tend to be rude and look miserable that you are there trying to enjoy a treat. Won’t be returning.

Excellent variety of pastries. Both sweet and savory. Strawberry lemon cream cream croissant was incredible. Had a "Ratatouille" moment while eating it.
Clean, well maintained, ample parking outside, bathroom on site. What's not to love?

Great . I love Paris Baguette and order only their cakes for many years. I was so excited that now they are in Staten Island. I have ordered a cake for my son’s bd and never regretted. They made it beautiful. The order was for 10am it was not ready until like 10:30 but me and my son enjoyed our chocolate and coffee while last things where done with the cake. The team did an amazing job decorating the cake. And it was fresh with fresh berries. It was packed very well. I was so glad that we ordered it in Staten and I look forward for more orders in future ??

Went in there today after hearing that there was one open. Place was quiet, not busy and got a few treats. Little one liked the place . Pastries were good.
Absolutely one of the best cafe/bakery places in SI. Everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere is top notch. The coffee here is one of the best I've ever had. The place is extremely neat and clean. There's always a great selection of goods to choose from. The service is very quick and the staff are just AMAZING. I go there every day and I'm happy to be one of their customers.

The sweets are very good, the coffee too (I was surprised). The only complaint I have is that the Matcha with ice that I ordered had a lot of sugar, but that can be fixed by asking for it without sugar. I also really like the site, I recommend it. Also, the place is very nice.

I’m giving it 3 out of 5 food was good we like it but atmosphere was really unpredictable when I visited there so many kids running around like a playground and really loud we were choosing bakery to take away and kids were running around under tables and stuff service was okay I didn’t like when they were rushing me to cash out
