I visited Philly Pretzel Factory today and purchased 5 classic pretzels. They were delicious and had a good crispy crust. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.

First time I was ever there. The staff was friendly and efficient even though it was very busy being it was New Year’s Eve day. It was the perfect choice to bring a platter to a house party. I even asked a question by email and received an answer very quickly.The pretzels rivets and mini hot dogs were delicious. Everyone enjoyed them
