If you’re looking to spend a lot for a small amount of mediocre food, this establishment might be your cup of tea. I ordered the $22 beef cube plate with fried rice, only to receive eight minuscule pieces. When I inquired about the missing food, they requested a private message, which they never responded to. Their lack of customer care is truly appalling. This is my first time ordering here, and I was excited about the beef cubes, but I’m thoroughly disappointed with this location. Oh, and did I mention they charge $14 for five of the tiniest wings you’ve ever seen? Save your time and money; I won’t be returning.
Good flavor and service. Price is a bit pricey for items like the pork spring roll due to the relatively small size for each roll. Seating might be hard to find if busy due to the few amount of restaurant seating.

The atmosphere and decoration are amazing very modern and unique. The place is very neat and clean, the food is also spectacular. I really recommend pho 60 if you are in the area of Staten Island.

Probably one of the best Pho spots on the island, but the space is tight so if you like space and privacy and you're a party of 2 you might not like the seating. Depending on when you go, if its busy you're basically siting elbow to elbow with two other parties on either side. Last time I went with my wife, the 4 party table was split in two with barely any room between us and it just made everything extremely awkward.

PHO 60 might be known for its namesake pho, but the real hidden gem here is the Hainan Chicken. It’s absolutely worth the spotlight.
The chicken is poached to tender perfection—juicy, silky, and subtly seasoned. Paired with fragrant, savory chicken rice and their house-made ginger-scallion sauce, it’s comforting, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. The portion is generous, and the side of light broth brings everything together.

I ordered pho, curry rice, and some appetizers but they got my curry rice misunderstood for curry noodles, then my grandma says the pho is way to salty, and another problem was the waitress seemed to not understand what we wanted when we ordered or asked for napkins the last time we can here the food was good it feels like a downgrade now. After i got the curry rice i took exactly 28 minutes to come seriously?

We got the pork vermicelli and the beef cubes and tell me why they gave us crumbs and a wilted salad. In the photo you’ll see a whole bunch of white dry rice and like 5 pieces of meat….. I don’t even know why I would order a beef dish if there isn’t going to be any beef? Not only that but the presentation made it look like leftovers. Gross.
