I like their desserts and cookies and will continue to buy them. I went in to buy the Dubai chocolate cake because it looked so delicious in the videos. Now I love the Dubai chocolate bar, (who doesn’t!) but their Dubai chocolate cake tastes nothing like chocolate Dubai. We were pretty disappointed. Also, the chocolate was a soft, ganache. I thought it would be hard like the bar. And the kataifi wasn’t crunchy or green. I won’t be buying it again. Just not a fan of their Dubai chocolate cake.

They don't care about your notes, adjustments or allergy. They send you the wrong items and whatever you get is old and really bad. Same yourself food poisoning and your money. Go elsewhere

I just bit into a raspberry brownie and crunched into a large piece of metal. I could have swallowed it and gone to the hospital. Piece of Cake needs to be more careful. When we called to let them know, they said “sorry. We will try to be more careful.” We are long time customers and will never eat here again. Be careful eating their brownies.

Literally the worst experience of my life. Gross food/coffee and even more disgusting customer service. Don’t bother wasting ur money on their way too high of prices either

Disgusting Service and an absolutely Disgusting manager !!! doesn’t know how to speak to her costumers, and is extremely unprofessional, for a place that serves expensive food for disgusting quality should be much nicer . not worth going back ! and the iced lattes are made horribly i’d rather get from a gas station !

The sandwiches are good, but the coffees are terrible. I use to get the caramel macchiato, vietnamese ice coffee, and the cafe con leche and it was my favorite. But as of recently, they are terrible. Ive tried multiple times to make sure it wasnt a one off thing, but it tastes like water with caramel in it every time. Im so sad.

I ordered a strawberry shortcake for a birthday party and the strawberry shortcakes strawberries weren’t fresh. Outside it looks good but the inside makes it seem like the cake was made the day before.

The cakes are awesome. The strawberry shortcake is my favorite. Also you have to try their cheese ring, pastry with cheesecake inside. Delicious.

I have been dealing with Sal and his family for a better part of 15 years now, a quick call to Sal and a magical moist giant Red Velvet birthday cake adorned with Yankee and Met logos (yes, both haha) for a 96 year old man was procured and stole the show last night for 30 people. The crowd ranted and raved how good it was, was asked 10x where it was from, the people at Piece-A-Cake treat me like family and always make me look good!!! You will get the same experience …

I love the decor here. This bakery has a lot of tasty and concoctions with a great staff set among very unique decorations.

It's worth a trip just to see the statues of men sitting in the girders in the rafters and other things. Seems to be a sister store connected to the Cookie Jar store next door.

I highly recommend their pignoli cookies.
