This place was horrible the last cake I ordered my guests didn't like it horrible everything in the trash 120 dollars for a horrible cake I have always been a customer of this place and they did not make the cake as I wanted I told them blue on the edge they put yellow disappointed ?

Exceptional The sandwiches are to die for the BLT & turkey are excellent breakfasts are sooo good the ricotta and egg sandwich just always consistent and tasty. PRESENTATION is beautiful unique and creative. I order out through uber eats too and even delivery again food arrives hot and delicious. I left a sandwich on my counter for lunch my daughter ate it before I got a bite. I highly recommend piece of cake for everything from breakfast lunch dinner and dessert.

Hi, I went to piece a cake for the first time recently and it was a great visit. Gerardo the young man that assisted me with cake selections was very informative and extremely friendly. It was refreshing getting such grest customer service from such a young person. The red velvet cake and espresso was amazing. I’m very picky and it was a must try!
Excellent! You can either sit down or take it to go. Popular and busy for a reason. Delicious cakes, pastries, sandwiches, salads etc. Freshly brewed coffee. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

I ordered a 7" cake for my daughter's birthday. I will give the bakery credit for nailing the design - they did do a good job decorating the cake. That is the reason for my 2 star rating. The cake, however, was completely inedible. When we cut into the cake, the cake crumbled, as you can see from the photos. It could not be sliced at all - it needed to be scooped because it was a soggy mess. Absolutely embarrassing to serve to anyone. As a baker myself, layers of sponge need to be held together with something like a buttercream frosting - something stiff to hold the cake together so that it does not crumble. Instead, Piece-A-Cake used some kind wet cream -- like a whipped cream. There was no buttercream at all. The cream liquified, which further made the cake soggy and crumble. Pictures tell a thousand words so I have included numerous photos of the cake. This was $150 and my little birthday girl did not even eat it because it was so disgusting.To top it off, I did email the bakery with the photos and my concerns and they never responded. Terrible customer service.
