I asked for a toasted bagel and a small container of cream cheese on the side.
I do this all the time at various place in NJ and the City.
They charge for the bagel and charge for the small container or weighed cream cheese.
Today, your staff demanded I put the cream cheese on the bagel they cannot give me just a toasted bagel. I said I am willing to pay for the weight of a container.
They refused to continue saying “this is what the boss says.”
I went to another bagel place down the road and got what I wanted.

Not great - the sandwiches are massive but sloppy. I appreciate the effort to give big portions but it made it really inedible. Additionally super expensive and lacks flavor.

Pio bagels supplied chicken cutlet, roasted peppers and mozzarella and eggplant sandwiches today for our annual golf outing. We served over 100 people. Many of them raved about the sandwiches and asked where they were from. The sandwiches were overstuffed and delicious! I highly recommend using Pio for your catering needs.
I ordered egg and sausage on a plate and I asked for home fries and toast with a little butter and jelly they charge me 1175. I get home and they forgot the potatoes and when I went back there to ask them, they said well we charge 425 for toast with butter and jelly But the question is if I would’ve ordered egg and sausage sandwich it would’ve cost me 425 less so what kind of bullshit is that? I am not happy and will not be going back. I am very disappointed. I’ve been going there for a long time. This was a rip off

food itself is good but clearly the staff is careless. i ordered thru doordash. how do you forget BACON on a bacon egg and cheese???? i even went back and checked my order receipt to make sure it wasn’t my fault because that’s just ridiculous to mess up. with all the fees and up charges, it would be nice if you could make sure you get delivery orders right. very frustrating

I was visiting family and decided to get 2 1/2 dozen bagels to take home. I ordered them to be ready on a friday at 12:00. I picked them up and they were still hot. I brought them to my sister's house to package them up for travel and my god, they are the biggest bagels I ever saw. Got them home and they are delicious. I am going ro be a repeat customer every time I go to visit and will request them when family comes to visit ( Bagel Tax).
