Friday evening seemed like the location was being mismanaged. The points system wasn't working and they were turning people away saying they weren't using the register at the moment. Luckily I had gotten my order in time but took over 15 minutes to get 2 bowls. The employees preferred to talk with friends instead of working efficiently.

If you choose on working here or supporting this location don't. They treat their employees like dirt and their manager Kathy sounds just like her name, miserable. A manager who genuinely believes "the customer is always right" even if the customer is harassing their employees. I was witness to a situation I wish was worked out more properly by management. Also the kitchen is disgusting. I want a free bowl too

Place was absolutely disgusting found multiple pieces of hair in my bowl, not to mention all the girls who work there are all very young and very rude and got a attitude when asked to take things that I’m allergic too off my bowls.if I could leave 0 stars I would. Will never be dining here again, not to mention all the tables were sticky and they have a bee problem.
