the cashier guy was very accommodating. food is lovely and the drink was very refreshing
I asked for 30% sugar it taste like they gave me like 100% sugar, I asked for warmed drink they fill the cup with ice and said “WE MAKE OUR DRINK WITH COLD WATER”. I called them two times they ignored me once and gave me a attitude

I’m visiting and I’ve eaten here every day. They make the food in front of you and take pride in it. The lady I usually checkout with (I’m assuming she’s the manager) is amazing and so sweet. Food is good. Haven’t had a problem and they make your drink and have you taste it before in case you don’t like it. It also doesn’t take too long 10/10

I asked if they had Strawberry Matcha and they said yes, so I proceeded to order it. They then gave me a regular matcha with no ice. My drink was completely warm. When I told them I ordered a strawberry matcha they said “What’s that? We don’t sell strawberry matcha”. Complete waste of money and it was undrinkable because of how warm it was.
First time trying this restaurant, it seems super simple and meets its objective, strong and very delicious dishes. I tried the chicken ramen, hot, good flavor and filling.

I’ve ordered Poke Island & Grill many times, and I recommend ordering any of their rice bowls especially the Hawaiian Bowl and Kani Bowl. For the price, the portion is more than enough for a lunch or dinner meal. The seafood and avocado are pretty fresh, and it goes well with spicy mayo or poke sauce.
Overall, it’s a decent to go Poke bowl place. As for everything else on the menu, it can always improve especially the drinks, bento box, and ramen. Service is decent as well.
