Didn’t put buttermilk ranch. Ask before took it, said that they put everything inside

I been to establishment for several years. It’s always the same quality of fried chicken. I always assumed Popeyes chicken was overrated. Because the chicken there is bland and dry. Yet when I ordered a chicken in the Staten Island mall, I was surprised the chicken was not bland and it’s actually juicy.

So I gave this place at hylan blvd another shot. To my big disappointment, it’s the still same tasteless dry chicken I experienced for several years. Today when I ordered it online with specific ordered. Two thigh and a leg. They handed me one wing, one thigh, and one leg. Like they didn’t bother checking the receipt. I just don’t get how they can keep serving this quality of chicken when other locations have juicier and not bland chicken. Doesn’t make sense logically. Hell, this chicken place called Tex’s Fried burger and chicken: it’s fried chicken is 100 times better than the one in hylan blvd. Tex’s fried chicken is season very good and it’s consistently juicy. I just get how people can tolerate bland dry chicken at hylan

I ordered thru door dash and when my items arrived it was nothing that I ordered and was replaced with random items that I was not notified that they didn't have

I went to another Popeyes and this was an excellent customer service because they have a $6.00 deal $12.99, and more. I got what I wanted it and nice and easy for lunch and the staff were easy to work with. They have soda machine for the customers to choose any beverages and refill. I will definitely comeback again for the future.

Delicious food

I was sick for 2 days with presumably a virus or infection that caused me to have 103 Fahrenheit fever, my throat was killing me wondering how I was going to survive. But I got the Rojo Sandwhich and it saved me. Thank you ❤️ ( for the record this is not a joke review, my fever never came back up once after eating the spicy rojo sandwhich)
