This place is my favorite. The staff is always so nice and friendly, even when they didn’t have my food ready one time, they were nice enough to bring it out to me in the parking lot instead of having me go back inside. They work super quick and everything always tastes so fresh. Also, sometimes they throw some extra chicken tenders in there for free hahaha. New favorite place for fast food.

I came today and ordered a 5PC tender combo it took some time but I was patient and it was fresh and hot . It was enjoyable with sweet heat sauce and blackened ranch .you just earned yourself a life time customer !

My girlfriend and I came here recently and they were giving us—especially her—an attitude. They made eye contact with her and rolled their eyes, they proceeded to look at the wall for the remainder of the interaction like they were annoyed at us. We had been waiting at the front of line for around 8 minutes before they took our order. We didn’t do anything (to my knowledge at least) to annoy her so I don’t really understand what happened.

This location is a disgrace to the Popeyes franchise… The employees at this location are rude. They don’t speak English they can’t communicate with you… Three times in a row I had to wait until the tenders came out of the oven instead of having tenders prepared for the customers and then, when they finally come out, they’re like rubber… The soda machine often is broken. The cashier was complaining about a headache to the customers, and anyone else who would listen… I paid for my food, but they ultimately had to refund me for my beverage because the machine wasn’t working -AGAIN…. don’t waste your time or your money or sanity on this location … this group of employees at this location needs retrain training And better supervision

I had ordered food for delivery it was an amazing choice. Was desperately craving Popeyes and had ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and did not regret at all. Delivery was quick and fast beautiful customer service. Thank you Popeyes. You just made a forever customer.

I come to this location a decent amount since I work right there and usually the food is pretty good but a lot of the times that I’ve ordered lately, the food has just been dry and gross. Especially the rice and beans, I LOVE their rice and beans but most of the time I get it now, the rice is undercooked and crunchy. I can’t even eat it.

Worst Popeyes in Staten Island! Located in the mall. I ordered at 5:40pm via their app for the food to be ready at 6:20pm. I get there at 6:20pm and no one is on line so I figure I'd just be given my food and leave - Clearly that was wishful thinking. A disinterested worker told me it would be a 10 minute wait for the chicken. I could understand if they were busy but there was NO ONE on line. I asked why so long if I ordered 40 minutes ago via the app for pickup? No answer, just a blank stare. So I wait and wait, and 15 minutes later the food comes out - no apology, nothing. It's like being served by a robot. I get home, the chicken is all soggy and undercooked and NOT crispy at all like other Popeye's establishments. The chicken sandwich that they prepackaged was also soggy and cold because it was obviously ready before I had to wait 15 minutes for the chicken and they didn't bother replacing it. Never again. Do yourself a favor and find a different location.

The guy behind the counter was pretty professional, I'm sure it was a mistake. However, when paying $33.00 for an 8 piece meal, you expect 8 pieces, not 7.
