Be careful when paying. The prices they show on the board are not always the price they charge you. They sneakily try and charge an extra dollar on some of their items.

Placed a mobile order for pickup and arrived 5 minutes after my pickup time to ensure I allow them enough time to prep and wouldn’t have to wait. They didn’t seem very busy when I arrived. The lot was empty and there was one person ahead of me. My order wasn’t ready and they didn’t start preparing until I got there. What’s the point of placing a mobile order if they didn’t begin preparing it until I arrive?! On top of that, I realized they forgot to pack my drinks when I got home and I wasn’t about to drive back again. Never going back to this location again.

This was the first Popeyes I've visited that did not have fries. I stopped by at 12:35 PM on a Monday (2/3/25)—prime lunchtime—and was surprised by this. Because there were no fries, I ordered three drumsticks. They were okay in size and tasted fine, but not the best I’ve had from Popeyes. I can see where some of the negative reviews are coming from. That said, the restaurant was clean, and the service was decent.

I ordered a bundle with 5 pieces of bone in chicken, 2 biscuits, and two regular sides. I’ve ordered this bundle a couple times before but it wasn’t until the most recent two times that I’ve had an issue with my order. The first time we got four pieces of chicken rather than the full 5 piece that it was supposed to include. The second time the two regular sides were so small, it was as if whoever was packing the food got hungry and decided to eat half of it before handing it to me. Both times were the same employee that was packing the food. This employee also failed to include my receipt for the order both times. But I did not think that was too big a deal as I was not expecting anything to be wrong with the order. It wasn’t until I got home that I noticed I was missing a piece of chicken in my order. Because I didn’t get a receipt I wasn’t even able to file a complaint on the Popeyes app (I ordered through the drive thru and paid with cash). The second time, I made sure to count the pieces of chicken before driving off and this time the number of pieces was correctly. But, I made the same mistake of not asking for the receipt before I drove off. This time though, I figured the receipt would not be too big a deal since I made sure I got the correct pieces of chicken. However, when I got home this time, the issue wasn’t the chicken but rather the two “regular” sides that came with the order (photos included). Next time, I’m definitely going to ask for a receipt and also will get the name of the person packing the order.

Always lack of selections. Sometimes they are out of certain flavors, sometimes they are out of bone-in wings. Every time you order something, and they say “oh, I’m sorry we are out of …. “

Terrible service. Everytime i order 3 pieces its always thigh, drum, wing. And i ask for no drums no wings. Which is technically 1 piece. What do you do with the breasts??? And why am i paying for 3 pieces to get a drum??? So cheap and disgusting

Ordered six chicken tenders and was asked if I wanted any sauce and they charged me 75cents for a honey mustard. That’s so ridiculous.

Everytime I come to page ave location the food is cold, even if I’m the only customer there. There seems to be a language barrier with pretty much the whole staff as well, which can be frustrating from both ends.

Had an issue with the system, ordering direct from popeyes website. My card was charged but the store did not receive my order. Even though they were closing, the manager went above and beyond to make a fresh batch of chicken for me. I appreciate it.
