I placed an order with Stefano's pizza on Gunton Ave about a week or two before I got around to writing this review. Not sure how the hair got there, possibly delivery person? Either way, I know two things for sure delivery took longer than anticipated and pizza had a hair on it.

Been here a few times over the years, under all its previous names (Benito's, Vincent's, Portofino). Most recent time, I think I got a slice, pepperoni roll, and garlic knots. Place was busy with deliveries on a Friday night, but staff took care of me. Food was all great. Will try to stop by more.

I think Stefanos has a different tasting, almost sweeter sauce. Their Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were very good, and it came with this delicious smoky chipotle sauce. Glad it is around my new job because I will definitely order from there more often

This place was FANTASTIC! Pizza was delicious, we got 4 pies for a Saturday work lunch and they were all spot on, no leftovers! Service was so friendly and fast. Just walking into the restaurant I could tell it would be awesome!

Best pizza on Staten Island hands down!! Wanted to post a picture of the delicious pies but we couldn't wait to dive in. Everything on the menu is great. You will not be disappointed!

They lie about how long it takes for your Delivery every time I call back they tell me it’s coming out of the oven right now two hours later I don’t have a pizza I told him to keep it and he only curses me out over the phone
Customer service is awful. I placed an order and one hour later was told that the order was out for delivery. I called a half hour later and was told again that it just went out. Twenty minutes later I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was an issue with the internet site and they just got the order - 2 hours later!!! There was no explanation as to why I was told the order went out TWICE - when it never did. The manager then told I would be personally taken care of the next time I ordered and then hung up when I went to give my name and number. Just bad customer service to say the order went out and it never did and kept us waiting 2 hours. I never disputed the refund or money. I understand it was a third party - I even said that when I called - but I was never told the 2 times I called that there was an issue - just that the order was out even after asking out name. Interesting that the owner responded that the phone girl confused me with another delivery but I was told the order was out twice. Once at 6:30 and once at 700. I offered to pick it up at 7:00 and to please check and I was told no - the order went out. They also claim to give great customer service. The "manager" said I would be taken care of next time I came or ordered and would take down my name and number - even if it was 6 mos from now - I agreed and started to give my name and was hung up on! I truly understand that restaurants are understaffed and busy but it's really poor form to tell people the order went out when it never did - and then told me I would have to wait at least another hour for the order after waiting 2 hours. If the staff just would have checked at 6:30 we could have reordered.

I’ve ordered from here on 3 separate occasions and every time the food was excellent. I’m especially a fan of the grilled chicken. It’s fresh and juicy and very reasonably priced. And what I appreciate most is the consistency of the quality. Definitely recommend
