We have been ordering from Prime for years and usually had a good experience. Today we ordered pizza and 1 and 1/2 hours later my husband had to call to see where the food was and we were told “no one wanted to deliver it to us”. This response is unacceptable. If they don’t want to deliver then they shouldn’t allow our address to be in the delivery zone. We will not be recommending this place or ordering from here again.
