We went to Project Brunch today, however, it is under a new owner. It is called Flores Brunch. It was a horrible experience. It took a long time for us to get service. Then all the problems began. They made a mistake on the drinks, delivered hot instead of ice. Then waffles were brought instead of French Toast. Once they brought the French toast, it was the wrong one. The quesadilla had burned chocolate on the burned eggs. This was all followed my a check with extra charges. They charged us extra for the sausage that was supposed to be included (they did take off the charge of it at the end). The fruits that were supposed to be part the waffles were also extra.
In the end, we finally received our water with the check. The gratuity was included because it was six of us. The lady servicing us was rude and confused from the beginning.
Never again. Save yourself the money and pick a better spot.

THIS IS NO LONGER PROJECT BRUNCH!! It’s now called Flores Brunch. It is not similar to project brunch at all. We came for the gluten free cinnamon bun pancakes and they don’t have that option. Only gluten free bread. If we knew that project brunch no longer existed we wouldn’t have driven across the island to eat sub par food that I could have made better at home. I normally do not leave reviews but this really annoyed me that it still states that Project Brunch is open at this location when it is an entirely new place. The waitress laughed in my friends face for ordering an “iced dirty chai latte” and said “I’m going to have a hard time explaining that one to the people in the back” meanwhile it was on their menu. My breakfast burrito came out with literally just eggs and bacon in it and my friend’s scrambled eggs looked like a filet of fish, it was inedible. Will not return - we only stayed because we drove so far out to go to Project Brunch. At least, my cinnamon latte and home fries were good.

Even though the place was packed, the service was still excellent. My favorite is their avocado toast. So good!

Project brunch has wonderful food and atmosphere. However, the service at this place was hostile.
I was sitting in a group of 5 girls who are Christian. Our conversation was about Jesus, his love, and our lifestyle when a server came over to us and said , “If you ladies want to keep talking bullshit, you can leave and sit outside because people want to be seated.”
My friends and I left flustered and confused by her remark. I understand that work can be stressful, but there was definitely a better way to handle the situation. “If you ladies want to chit-chat” would have been much nicer and less hostile.
We are not offended because Jesus said, “ If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it you.” (John 15:18 KJV)
I hope this waitress has a blessed day and knows that Jesus loves her. Please be kinder to all customers no matter their beliefs as we live in a country that allows us to freely believe what we choose!

So many interesting choices! You get a lot of food, and it's great! I had monkey pancakes, 3 big pancakes, bananas & some nutty granola. So good! I will definitely go back.

DANGER!!!! FOOD POISONING!!!!! Contacted NYC Health Dept.
After 7 years of supporting PB, these people still cannot run a business properly! The service was ALWAYS terribly SLOW and food quality DECLINED over the years.
Waited nearly an hour for an omelet and a waffle (PER USUAL), and my ENTIRE PARTY GOT FOOD POISONING within the hour of consuming this food.
I contacted the health dept. immediately.
I really loved this place for years, but can no longer trust the food here. Sorry.
