I came home from the Hospital Ordered my food around 8pm. Had to keep calling to check on my Delivery. After 2 hours of waiting for my food called back and Manager was suppose to get on phone and they hung up on my phone call. So they received payment and never Delivered my food. Requesting from Card to stop payment and Full Refund. Well never order from the Bay Street location again. This business is very Unprofessional and the store manager should of tried to resolve this matter and did nothing but want home without giving Great Customer for the night.

Used to order their Sicilian pie every Monday for probably 5 years. Pizza was good 17 years ago… Sicilian today was just not good. Undercooked (not raw but just nothing remotely form about it. 6 people and all 6 hated it. Garlic knots were also stale and did not taste fresh at all, based off texture.
Totally disappointed.

I am a bit torn. The Gourmet pizzas are delicious. Love the variety. However, the pasta with alfredo was awful. The bowl was drowning in Alfredo sauce with hardly any flavor. The Chicken was dry. The bread was old and stale.

I ate a whole wheat penne pasta and meatballs with a salad and a sprite. It was delicious. I also ordered a pan pizza half pepperoni and half regular and a two liter diet Coke. It was good. Their pizza is filling and good.

Picked up a pizza just now and the employee never handed me my card back after I gave it. I had to drive all the way back to get it. Weirdo.

I am very disappointed… my boyfriend orders food from this place weekly I personally do not like their food … however I gave it a shot and ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap.. i particularly asked for no mozzarella and the description originally says mozzarella and chicken breast hot sauce and blue cheese.. when I received the order the wrap was stuffed to the rim with cucumbers … I am deathly allergic and it is not on the list of ingredients so I am so great full I looked inside the wrap instead of just trusting them I would have literally died! I called back quickly and explained that I got the wrong order she asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted a new wrap. I said I am hungry so I would like my food and I paid for it.. she said let me ask a manager in my head I am wondering what do you have to ask you sent me the wrong food … usually pronto comes very quick literally in 20 minutes or less because we are 4-5 blocks away. She said it would take 30-45 minutes and I said you know what can I just have the refund. She said they already started … first off how can he start when her and I were still talking on the phone 2nd the fact that I just wanted my refund should have been no issue … I am just really unhappy with this … I have to eat dinner at 9 pm which is not usual for me and I could have died eating what they sent … just not great !
