I have never in my life ever made a complain about food. I always order at this place and always tip them well. I ordered 3 pastas tonight literally payed $47 + tipped the driver $8 (payed overall $55) and all I got was a box of oil. We are renovating my apartment and I was raving to the workers about this place and ordered for all 3 of us. Never again. I am so disappointed

Wonderful atmosphere, with delicious food. The associates are very kind and welcoming with short wait time when you’re there. It’s wonderful to surrounded by a dedicated team that works excellently for all aspects including food and customer service. 😊

Came her for a snack with wifey in between our day of errands two slices and a drink $15 are they nuts. Who charge $3 for a 20 Ounce of soda and there slices are ok and pies are small they cut from house pie once again should be a lot Bigger if you’re charging these numbers. Bring back the combo two slices and a drink for $$$ not $$$$ terrible and dirty I think there doors are broken too much air resistance or something

I came home from the Hospital Ordered my food around 8pm. Had to keep calling to check on my Delivery. After 2 hours of waiting for my food called back and Manager was suppose to get on phone and they hung up on my phone call. So they received payment and never Delivered my food. Requesting from Card to stop payment and Full Refund. Well never order from the Bay Street location again. This business is very Unprofessional and the store manager should of tried to resolve this matter and did nothing but want home without giving Great Customer for the night.

Used to order their Sicilian pie every Monday for probably 5 years. Pizza was good 17 years ago… Sicilian today was just not good. Undercooked (not raw but just nothing remotely form about it. 6 people and all 6 hated it. Garlic knots were also stale and did not taste fresh at all, based off texture.

I am a bit torn. The Gourmet pizzas are delicious. Love the variety. However, the pasta with alfredo was awful. The bowl was drowning in Alfredo sauce with hardly any flavor. The Chicken was dry. The bread was old and stale.

I ate a whole wheat penne pasta and meatballs with a salad and a sprite. It was delicious. I also ordered a pan pizza half pepperoni and half regular and a two liter diet Coke. It was good. Their pizza is filling and good.
