Pronto Pizza Pasta

Ordered a pizza and a fuse iced tea , the delivery driver brought me a soda okay fine my issue is the Delivery driver who was not satisfied with his tip and told me he wanted more because he drove 4 miles and gas is expensive. He shoved the receipt in my face and demanded more was told no, he drove off angry. My husband called the location told them what happened and had them remove the tip. They apologized and said no problem. This man was very aggressive and should not talk to people this way sadly I think I'm going to find another pizza spot I now do not feel comfortable ordering from them. It's horrible that this driver is probably causing pronto to lose customers over something as small as a tip.

We ordered spinach and artichoke pizza slices. Sicilian and barbecue slices as well.
All of them were tasty. Stuff was helpful and friendly.
There are more than 10 kinds of pizzas. The place is clean.

Parking: They have about 4 or 5 spots to park

It just not a place I’d go back to again. So many better pizza places nearby and the wait time was ridiculous for me and ended up being the wrong

The food is pretty much decent except that the kitchen is run by teenagers who need adult supervision. They don't understand English and/or don't know that a Caesar salad comes with lettuce, Caesar salad dressing AND croutons not just croutons. The delivery guy was not a happy camper having to come back a second time with the correct order. Also they have messed up my daughter's pasta dish (that's not on their menu) several times. They always forget to add something or keep putting things that weren't asked for.

Vegetarian options: Pasta with eggplant. I usually add zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms and spinach to it with a generous portion of mozzarella. Highly recommend it.

We ordered for delivery. Whoever answered the phone was very helpful and patient with our questions; however, the gentleman who delivered our order was very rude and made us highly uncomfortable. My little sister grabbed the food from downstairs for me and he raised his voice at her demanding a tip with our full change in his hand with a very aggressive tone and using his hands. The ring camera captured the whole interaction.Although we understand we ordered 30 minutes before closing and we appreciate the front door service, please try to work on customer service and being a little nicer since that is what keeps customers coming back. We rate the experience a 0/10 because of delivery driver.

Ordered food for delivery. Our chicken roll was missing. When we called to let them know it was missing and if they could send the driver back with one, we were told they were too busy and could only give us credit. When my mother went to bite into a chicken wing she spit it back out so quick because the chicken wings were still raw. We then called back to ask for a refund because not only was part of our order missing but now we had raw chicken wings that could have made us extremely ill. The person on the phone gave us attitude saying we kept calling too much to complain about our order and demanded that we bring back our order. How are you catching an attitude with us when you guys messed up the order?! And could have gotten us sick! Never ordering from here again. Bad food and terrible customer service

this place has the best pizza on the island. i love pronto. the cashiers are amazing. so sweet and i love the pizza man miggy as well.

Wheelchair accessibility: there are no stairs in front of the store and the counter is at a height friendly for both children and handicapped people.
