Worst garlic knots I ever had. They were burned on the outside and soggy. I didn't even know it was possible. I think they were reheated many times before. Pronto used to be good.

Ordered food online then got charged multiple amount of money than called to dispute charge person told me it was a server error and gave me the run around when asked for refund or to come to a solution without trying to help me long customer of pronto but the thieves and scammers disappoint me

Ordered 12 piece buffalo wings, and penne vodka on Super Bowl Sunday. The wings were all right for the price point. Flavor was great, but they weren’t exactly Jumbo wings. The penne, vodka on the other hand was absolutely fantastic. Was cooked to perfection in the flavor was just amazing.

So, I ordered a pizza from here and it was soggy and not even hot when it arrived to my house. I called to explain the situation and THE STORE MANAGER told me pretty much it was MY fault that the pizza was soggy because I got extra cheese on the pizza and how the delivery driver doesn’t have a oven in his car to keep the pizza hot. Never not once did he offer any type of resolution! I asked if I can speak to his boss or if he can give my number to him and he told me NO there is nothing her can do about it. He did not care about his customer in anyway shape or form! It’s not even about the refund it’s about him at-least trying to make an effort for his PAYING customer to be satisfied at the end of the day.. which he did not do at all! I’ll never order from this place again. They definitely need a new manager because the way he handled this situation was very unprofessional.
