I can give zero star if it’s mentioned. I ordered online with a guacamole in my order. But they didn’t put it and delivered. They don’t know how to read the order properly. Minus star for their great service.

Disappointing Takeout Experience
Ordered a bowl for takeout and unfortunately had a very poor experience. First off, the staff member at the counter—wearing orange—was extremely unprofessional. She just tossed the bowl at me without a word, and I immediately had a feeling something was wrong. Sure enough, when I got home, I found that several items were missing: no beans, no fajita veggies, and the sauce I specifically requested wasn’t included.
Even when I tried to go back to ask, all the staff were in the back, chatting and ignoring the front counter. Very unprofessional behavior.
Food quality was also lacking—what I did get was a small portion and tasted bland. It didn’t even seem like the standard serving size.
Honestly, I won’t be coming back. If you’re craving something better, I recommend trying Adobo Mexican Grill. It might be a newer spot, but their portions are generous and the flavor is way better.

Guacamole was way too salty, ground beef was inedible, paid for extra grilled steak and cholula chicken but nearly had any, I always eat qdoba , but never again in this location, just awful food.

I want to give Qdoba a 5 star because their food is amazing, however they last couple times i've gone the soda machine hasn't been working and the seating area hasn't been the cleanest. Therefore if you're going to take out and want something quick and as good as chipotle I'd say go, if you're looking to dine in, still go buttt it won't be your best experience.

So unfortunately, this is the second time I have ordered the chips with guacamole abd received no chips. Horrible service. Will NOT be ordering food here again.
Food is mid. Qdoba used to be our favorite but recently it hasn’t been it. I got a surf turf bowl for pickup, got there and there was no shrimp left which is whatever. They offered double steak instead so I just took it. Eating my meal now and I’m so disappointed for how bad it’s gotten. The rice is watery and mushy with no cilantro. The food is flavorless. Really upsetting. There was also a huge mixing bowl at the counter and the togo food has no lids so they just put aluminum foil which didn’t sit well in the bag. It’s giving messy. Qdoba is a corporation and should run their place better than this. I don’t know if it’s management or the company itself but it was truly disappointing. I don’t even do reviews like that but it had to be said as this wasn’t the first time, i thought i’d give it another chance but won’t be coming back.
