The service at this location has been declining for some time. Just when I thought it can’t get worst, it does. I stopped by to pick up dinner, greeted the man behind the counter and he just stood there without saying a word. I proceeded to place my order and he scoops what I asked continuing not to say a word. The woman next to him loudly complains more guests were entering the restaurant because they see other people inside. Complaining about having to do more work. She continues to complain they need to begin preparations to close the restaurant because she needs to leave at 10:30pm. I was there at 8pm. Aside from the bad attitude, the food was mediocre at best. I ordered a bowl and the rice was dry and rice. It was flavorless despite all the salsas I added. This was the last straw and I will not be visiting again.

I guess the best thing I can say about this place is that the staff tries hard and is courteous. The food isn't great, and it's always not quite as clean as it should be. But for an inexpensive meal in a pinch, it's OK.

With this store being under new management with Angel, the food quality has gone up tremendously. The overall cleanliness, and the uplifting atmosphere has drastically improved. Highly recommend this location!
Been coming to this specific Qdoba for a while and then stopped because of the service, but ever since the new manager, Angel started I can’t tell you the amazing difference I’ve noticed in the environment, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the food of course! Definitely will be coming back more often and spreading the word!

Never spend your money in a business that has an "Employees Only" sign on the bathroom door. When customers, especially women & children, are denied the basic right to relieve themselves in a dignified manner and/or wash their hands before eating, then you can take your money somewhere else. There are plenty of other places to eat in Staten Island. Shameful.
I enjoy the food from this place but however I paid almost $40 for two bowls with the sauce on the side I usually pay around $25 but this time I was charged more than $10 just cause I got sauce on the side that's outrageous when I asked they say we charge didn't charge you much very very upsetting ?? and the steak was burned ??

Ordered on DoorDash today, missing queso chips and guac it wasn’t a big deal I got a refund but then re-ordered and then arrived queso guac and NO chips. One time is a simple mistake but two is just ignorance.

When we first entered the store, we were surprised by how deserted it was. The staff seemed as tho they did not want to be there and weren't knowledgeable of many of the menu items. The food station was not clean as there was bits and pieces of different menu items falling into each others bin. The chicken had a burnt side to it which gave it a burnt taste. Now that I am home, I regret getting food from this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
