The service is terrible.. Every time we walking in I feel like the staff is making us favor they taking our order. And I don’t know it's our luck or the time we are coming - one table is occupied by employees eating and taking their time while only one person is behind the counter taking care of customers. I don't think is particular employees with lousy service, because we saw different people the days we come. I believe it's lack of good management in that location, the employees don't follow the rules, they just do minimum, don't care if the sustomer is satisfied or not. In addition they always short with particular items, once it was tortilla chips, other time sour cream, other time the raspberry iced tea. Not recommended.

My brother and I walked in before 8:00 (they close at 10) but they had all of the chairs on top of tables, so we couldn’t even sit down to eat. We were basically forced to take our food to go. While making my bowl, another employee empties a full dust pan into the garbage not even a foot away from the food, which cannot be sanitary. Otherwise, the food was great.
I went to Qdoba. Woodrow was awesome and the manager Sam very friendly place very clean. I really appreciate the great job.

They take forever to serve, no water cups, and the food is alright. The drinks are terrible they often don’t taste like they’re supposed to. Atmosphere is nothing special. More pricier than better restaurants like cava and chipotle
