Love the ices but you pay for it

while i like the product and staff, the prices are now in ripoff mode. 6 bucks for a SMALL soft serve ice cream with sprinkles? they charge 150 extra for sprinkles. god forbid you add a waffer cone, or want a medium, and heaven forbid a large. . a family of four, 25 bucks for small cones? RIP OFF.

You scream, I scream, we all scream first ice cream. Delicious flavors on all types of frozen wonders. A community staple. A must visit. Treat yourself. You have earned it.

Great ices and ice cream.

Stranded in line for 30 minutes in 90-degree weather, but I had to. Every time I'm on the island, I go to Ralph's because it is nostalgic for me. I've been standing in line at the Ralph's in Port Richmond since the 80s. I got a strawberry-watermelon water ice, my daughter had a vanilla and strawberry cheesecake, twister and my husband got a strawberry milkshake.

Went back yesterday afternoon and the service was Excellent!!! The two young men provided great service.

I would give a 5 but today wasn't a good experience, The caucasuon girl seemed to have an issue with people of color!
1. Her deamanor was standoffish
2. She gave little ice cream, I should get money's worth.
3. My bro still have a tip and she didn't say thank you.

I'll still go to Ralph's but I will not buy when she's there.
Never had an issue before except for today.

For me, summer truly begins when Ralph’s reopens for the season. They’ve been making ices and ice cream on Staten Island since 1928!

I love their cream ice; I had mint chip and chocolate peanut butter cup. Delicious!

Tonight was just not a good experience at this location on bay st. I really couldn’t decide what I wanted, so I took my time looking at the menu you. The girl wearing a red hat was really aggressive and had a tone that was very condescending. I was so thrown off by her attitude it made me turn my head to look back to see if maybe I was holding up the line but there wasn’t any other ppl waiting on line so I didn’t understand why she was acting as if I was bothering her. Still I remained respectful and even tipped but this will be the last time I spend money here. Micro aggressions won’t be tolerated.

Ices are great! Service could be better! Make sure you are charged properly, the posted price and the price I was charged were different and the kid working there had no answer when I questioned him about the difference!

When you want a quick sweet treat! Go to the one on Bay Street! They take card and cash and the line goes quickly and is never as long as Port Richmond’s Ralphs.
