I used to come to this Ralphs all the time for over 10 years. Since they moved from one corner of the plaza to their current location by the country donuts, the quality of the ices has greatly deteriorated. I don't know if their freezers are worse but every time I get an ice here now it's way too soft and partially melted when I first get it, regardless of the weather. Who wants to pay 4 dollars for half a cup of liquid?? Unfortunately, I will have to stop coming to this location. Very upset ?

I love that they are sooo pet friendly ! Took my dog here to pick up ice cream for my brother and they noticed my dog, asked if they can give her a pup cup! Yasss of course! They have outdoor seating, great place to cool off, parking lot, and the people behind the counter are super sweet!

Not great! Everytime i come here i order sugar free flavors.. Everytime I’ve had one, without fail, there has been chunks of the cappuccino flavor imbedded into my flavor of choice. Not only do I hate coffee but who wants to eat cappuccino mixed with cherry. Seriously gross. Wash your scoops why don’t you.

Ralph’s is a Staten Island classic ofc but the workers at this location are literal snails. The line was piling up and the workers in there were taking their sweet time. We waited for almost 15 minutes.
