Obviously, Ralphs only deserves five stars. Great ice is always a line which is how you know it’s good. I get super upset when winter time comes and they close.

Ralph’s Ices is hands-down one of my favorite spots when the weather warms up. Every visit is a hit, and their flavor selection is wild—in the best way possible. My usual order? Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Peanut Butter Cookie Dough. It’s the perfect combo of rich, chocolatey goodness and sweet, nutty comfort. The texture is always smooth, creamy, and just the right amount of indulgent.

Even when there’s a line, the service is fast and friendly. The vibe is chill, nostalgic, and feels like a proper summer tradition. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular like me, Ralph’s never lets you down.

I’ve been coming to this location a long time and I have never been disappointed in purchasing ices from here until today. I ordered 2 small ices, one for me and one for my mom. For myself I ordered vanilla chip, I didn’t even finish it because there was different flavored ice mixed in I did not enjoy it at all. The one I ordered for my mother was totally wrong, it was supposed to be chocolate jelly ring and she gave me chocolate chocolate chip. Maybe if the girl wasn’t too busy talking to her coworker and not paying attention, I wouldn’t be so disappointed

Great spot for Italian ices. Really large menu and the medium you can get two flavors. Nice staff they let you sample.

Staff was friendly. Options were limited, likely due to it being close to the end of the season. Offered a "pup cup" for the dog.

I used to come to this Ralphs all the time for over 10 years. Since they moved from one corner of the plaza to their current location by the country donuts, the quality of the ices has greatly deteriorated. I don't know if their freezers are worse but every time I get an ice here now it's way too soft and partially melted when I first get it, regardless of the weather. Who wants to pay 4 dollars for half a cup of liquid?? Unfortunately, I will have to stop coming to this location. Very upset ?
