I love that they are sooo pet friendly ! Took my dog here to pick up ice cream for my brother and they noticed my dog, asked if they can give her a pup cup! Yasss of course! They have outdoor seating, great place to cool off, parking lot, and the people behind the counter are super sweet!
Ralph’s is a Staten Island classic ofc but the workers at this location are literal snails. The line was piling up and the workers in there were taking their sweet time. We waited for almost 15 minutes.
This Ralph’s location is the best on the island! The ice cream always taste more fresh, the staff is so welcoming, and the line goes quick! Today, we met Ally at the window and she’s an angel! Best shake we’ve ever had here, too! She’s very welcoming, kind and makes great shakes! It’s great having her at the window as a first impression! Thanks, Ally! You made our night and make it easy to come back to Ralph’s!
