LOVE Ralph’s, one of the few Staten Island treasures. Personally feel even their small is a nice serving. This location almost always has a line but great kids working and a wide variety of the cream and water ices plus ice cream and a fan of the shakes!
Many different flavors to choose from always have what I want lines here move pretty fast. I had ten people in front of me, and it only took 5 minutes to get to the window to make my order . That's fast service
Great ice, especially Spumoni...... when they aren't out of it. After waiting on a long line was told they had none and the girl at the window walked away failing to ask if I would like something different. Terrible service.
