Ralph's Famous Italian Ices

As another Great season of delicious italian ices from Ralphs comes to an end I would like to speak for all customers when I say that this years customer service was the best in recent years. The staff is made up of high school and college students that were extremely nice. In the many times I visited Ralphs this year, I was greeted by a worker named Bill on multiple occasions. Bill, always wearing his green Yankee baseball cap, was very helpful and outgoing and would usually give me the weekly breakdown on the yankees season which I quickly started to look foward to on my trips to Ralphs. All in all this location is the best by far in Staten Island. Can’t wait for you to be open again!!

Service was great- nice kids working there.
Ice cream wasn't so hot. We got sundaes that had more syrups than ice cream. Over whelmingly so. Was not enjoyable. Will try ices next time.

Every store should have a pick up window. I am a takeaway deliveryman, but I really hate coming to this restaurant to pick up food. I have to wait for a long time every time. Why not open a pick up window? This is fair to customers who order food. Otherwise, why order food?

Needs to have a pick up and a order line. People waiting in line to pick up a order... no point in ordering ahead.

It’s with a heavy heart I leave this review. I LOVE the ice and ice cream, but this year what is up with the price markups?????? Don’t even say inflation, this is insanity. You guys really messed up. I’m on boycott from Ralph’s.

I’ve loved Ralphs since I was a child, and the only thing I wish was that the home location in port Richmond would take cards?

Worker Emily was extremely attentive and friendly. She deserved to become a manager if she is not one already! Thank you for making my trip to ralphs enjoyable. Will definitely be coming back!

This place is absolutely amazing! I got a large banana fudge icy, it blew my mind how good it was!

Best Italian ice ever.

Manager and staff disrespectful and rude. As a mature adult who spent years in the school system as a teacher, I can say for sure the 2 individuals who served me and took my money have no empathy or compassion. I survived illness and cancer who needs rude laughing children serve the public. For shame
