It's a walk up window for cold sweet treats. Make sure to spary down with OFF spray cuz the mosquitos are everywhere! The sweets always hits home!

It's gone downhill, first visit this year no hot fudge, went back a few weeks later and they had no soft ice cream? Went again tonight ordered the pretzel twist oh sorry we don't have any caramel or pretzels!!! Settled for vanilla with hot fudge and whipped cream and the kid only put hot fudge on top on the whipped cream!! Really?? I guess Carvel will be getting my business.

2nd time in 2 weeks no soft ice cream. She stated the machine has been broken and they keep cleaning it out to use it but it stops working again. Then I order a kiddie cup vanilla ice cream and asked for a lid to drive home with it. OMG the lid is flat so she can give it to me on the side, no I need it on to drive home. Then she offers to scrape half the ice cream off so the lid will fit. So I should pay full price for a 1/2 cup of ice cream????? NVM I keep it and I will go elsewhere next time.

Please add a tip option for credit/debit card sales. My gf sends me here multiple times a week and I don't carry cash. I feel terrible for not tipping the hardworking staff here.

This isn't the first time I went to Ralph's. It was in the summer right after I came from Jimmy Max With a bunch of People. 70 degrees, perfect weather and a good time to have a Frozen treat.??? Last time I had coconut flavored Italian ice, this time I had pina colada cream ice. In this location is like a little plaza and it had a spot which showed a whole menu. They even had ice cream, smoothies, cream iced and many more. I looked in the window where they prep the ice cream and it smelled like fun. ? I think I might want to come back some more flavors to try out.???
