2nd time in 2 weeks no soft ice cream. She stated the machine has been broken and they keep cleaning it out to use it but it stops working again. Then I order a kiddie cup vanilla ice cream and asked for a lid to drive home with it. OMG the lid is flat so she can give it to me on the side, no I need it on to drive home. Then she offers to scrape half the ice cream off so the lid will fit. So I should pay full price for a 1/2 cup of ice cream????? NVM I keep it and I will go elsewhere...

Please add a tip option for credit/debit card sales. My gf sends me here multiple times a week and I don't carry cash. I feel terrible for not tipping the hardworking staff here.

This isn't the first time I went to Ralph's. It was in the summer right after I came from Jimmy Max With a bunch of People. 70 degrees, perfect weather and a good time to have a Frozen treat.??? Last time I had coconut flavored Italian ice, this time I had pina colada cream ice. In this location is like a little plaza and it had a spot which showed a whole menu. They even had ice cream, smoothies, cream iced and many more. I looked in the window where they prep the ice...
