love the food at red Robin love the bottomless fries love the different choices on the menu instead of French fries
The burgers and bottomless sides are the way to go here.
No accountability for the shity service I got...I asked to speak to the manager and 4 different douse bags approached me without a resolution. Stay Far away from this s*** hole

Very impressed with Red Robin. I've never eaten here & glad I did. Greeted once we walked thru the door, our server was super nice & the food/drinks were really delicious. Ordered burgers & they were perfectly cooked as requested. Definetley will be back there again !!

Folks here are super friendly and professional at the time. The orders are made on time
Service was ultra slow despite it being half full. Things were wrong spent almost 3 hours there for dinner. No 9ne got their food at the same time and it was all burgers. The charged us for stuff that we didn't order. Taste was pretty good but they were not on their A game today at all.

Enjoy eating at this location. Servers are top notch here. Burgers are great at a fair price. Love the Onion Rings. If your at the Staten Island Mall looking for a burger. This is the goto place!!1
Service was great. Only reason it wasn't a 5 is because of the small size and cramped seating area. The associates were amazing
Quality tasty burgers and unlimited sides. Bottom less fries but I had broccoli instead. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant.
I gotta say. The prices are great for what it gives. The unlimited fries are delectable. Additionally, the tavern burgers are supple, juicy, and fantastic fillers. Great sauces to dip into as well. I recommend highly.
Food and service are great. Had one bad experience, but I do not believe that one bad experience should define a restaurant. I have been here many times, and every time the service was great. I had an issue with a hair in my food and the staff was more that accommodating. I do plan on continuing to visit this restaurant based on the service alone. They chose to handle the situation with great care and made everything right. To me that is more important than anything else.
