We ordered food for a holiday lunch scheduled for 12pm food didn't arrive until 1:30 no phone call to tell us they were running late and food arrived cold. Will never order again.

What happened to the prime rib burger?? It was a great burger and now it's just a non prime rib burger. You guys know some people can tell the difference. Hope you guys go back to the burger I was used to having. I always send people there for it

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Ordered food for my son's birthday party at noon, to be delivered for 4pm. Called restaurant at 4:15pm to see if my order was on the way. The girl on the phone told me they were busy and that my order would be another 20minutes. At 5pm order still did not arrive. My husband went to restaurant where he was told our order was still being cooked for party. There was one table seated and restaurant was not busy. My order was obviously forgotten about. My husband was spoken to disrespectfully by the owner, like this was not a big deal and he's been in business for 15 years, why are we upset that order is over an hour late. I had to order from another restaurant to feed my party last minute because not only was the receptionist not honest about my order never being cooked, but they we were spoken to absolutely disgustingly. would never give them business or tell anyone to give them business again.

Placed and order for catered food for a certain time for a family gathering and they never showed up on time and food came ice cold and hour and 15 min late ..I didn’t even get a call with Status of my my food ..I had to call to be told it’s on its way and then to call back and have the manager tell me he don’t know what to tell me ..both locations are the same ..horrible customer service .

For the first time in 4 years I picked up two of the worst pies which weren’t even the pies I ordered. Absolutely not worth $50 and now I know why the one on the south shore closed. So disappointment and will be looking for a new pizzeria who listens and gets the order correct!

I never write reviews but I had to this time!
I ordered eight 1/2 trays at the special price and was concerned they would not be same taste quality and size as full price trays. I am happy to say they were exactly the same. Absolutely delicious! Highly recommend you will not be disappointed!!

Lately I've been taking advantage of their weekday specials. I had lots of company and Reggianos has been my go-to to feed our full table. Half trays were $19.99 or $24.99. Comes with plenty of food and sometimes they include a free pizza with 3 trays. Everybody comments how good the food is, the steak never seems to disappoint. I've used them several times over the past couple of months to provide a good meal when I have a lot of company without all the hassle. Thanks Reggianos!

Ordered 1/2 tray special and a regular pie. It’s 2.5 hours later and I’ve called twice and I was told they’re waiting for a driver. So as a business if you know you don’t have a driver handy, dont you call the customer and tell them. And I said that when I called asking what the delay was. All I got was oh yeah-sorry. Well, you just lost a customer. I know the delivery is in Tottenville, but if you state you can deliver to our zip code, then deliver or at least have the common courtesy to call the customer and inform them.

Visited last night with my boyfriend, after being ignored by staff at a different restaurant. The food was great, the service was amazing! They were very kind, attentive, and serviced us very quickly. We will be visiting again to try different dishes. Thank you for turning our night around. :)
