After walking out of the Roppongi Robata & Sushi establishment , I was delighted to dine in at such a new and well established Japanese restaurant. It was one of the top flavorful and most fresh meals I’ve ever had in quite a while. The sushi and sashimi were of course of when I asked them to see about the us certificate they showed me with the light. Just tried Roppongi Robata for the first time after walking through the doors, the atmosphere feels so authentic and smells fresh. The waiter and chef members were so welcoming and escorted us to our seats. We ordered the Wakakusa Omakase which includes a variety of different premium fish, from king salmon to the A5 wagyu paired with their sake and cocktail options were amazing. Wow what great food and an authentic experience we had! Seating is like a bar style around the chefs while they serve you the food themselves. Got to watch how an artisan makes his art! In this case sushi! However… beware, this will not be your standard sushi spot they are more of an upscale priced restaurant and the food definitely shows it! Two people we spent more than $200.00
