I hate that I have to leave this review considering I've been ordering from Rossville for so many years. I don't know if there's been a change in management or maybe just staff but they've gone down hill. This past Friday our office ordered pizza as well as their chicken fingers and zucchini sticks side dishes. Pizza was "okay". The chicken was too tough to even chew, oil tasted old and the zucchini sticks were actually separated from the breadcrumbs. It was a lump of stuck together fried bread crumbs and slivers of soggy zucchini mixed in. I ordered through Slice and reached out to let them know that I wasn't looking for a replacement or refund but just wanted to let them know the situation so it could be fixed. Unfortunately their response was a simple "oh well. Nothing we can do" I was hoping it was an off day and I could continue ordering but because of their response they now lost a customer of many many years.

I absolutely love this place! I do road side assistance for triple A so I’m in the work truck 12 hour shifts and need something fast when it’s busy I stopped one day for a slice in between calls I wanted regular pizza but they had the thicker slices on display Im usually simple and a creature of habit but I was like ahhh I’ll just try it why not I’m starving anyway literally the best pizza I’ve ever had hands down! I haven’t had a slice I didn’t like! The buffalo slice is to die for I just had that for the first time tonight… the only bad thing is that I can’t go anywhere else for pizza now it’s that good!!! The staff are always so nice and upbeat. They greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in which is so nice usually pizza places are kind of chaotic in my opinion anyway hands down best pizza on the island!

Ordered a delivery of pizza and chicken rolls less than a mile away. Took 45 min to deliver cold, hard and tasteless pizza and the chicken roll just thrown in the box not cut or wrapped. Absolutely terrible
