I purchased a cake from your location and requested a custom message to be written on it. The young girl behind the counter wrote the message, closed the box immediately, and handed it to me without giving me a chance to review it. When I asked to see it, she opened the box and—before I even said anything—offered to rewrite it, which tells me she already knew it didn’t look right.
The writing was messy and unacceptable, so I asked her to remove it instead. During this, the manager gave me an unprofessional and disapproving look, which made the situation even more uncomfortable.
This experience left a bad impression. If you're going to offer custom cake writing, it should be done with care. And while everyone has to start somewhere, staff (including teens) should be properly trained and held to basic standards of customer service. I expect more from your store, and I hope you take this feedback seriously.

This bakery is a Hidden Gem! ❤️. I tried the tres leches cake and mini Pizza, it was absolutely delicious. The textures were perfect, and the flavors were rich yet balanced.
The presentation was beautiful, and the desserts tasted just as amazing as they looked.
A must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth! ❤️

This place used to be great with the best sandwiches around. I got a chicken cutlet fresh Mozzerella and roasted peppers and everything felt old except the bread. I wouldn’t go back here and I loved this place years ago. Our server was nice.
