Overpriced ice cream with VERY poor costumer’s service!!I went there probably 2 or 3 times and each time people at the counter were very rude and honestly4 ice creams $50 is just ridiculous!Not going back !

One of the best Bakeries in Staten Island and also a great lunch spot. Great sandwiches with homemade Italian bread baked on premises. The best of the best hero shops.. you name it they make it!! Try the Royal cheesesteak one of the best sandwich/heroes I've ever eaten. Real steak not frozen steak end, delicious

My new favorite place to go and enjoy They have the best italian cheesecake in nyc thats right all the boroughs. IN ADDITION THEY MAKE OTHER TASTY TREATS LIKE CANNOLI. This week I treated myself to the prosciutto bread. It was so good o finished the entire loaf without being able too put it down. THEY ALSO MAKE EXCELLENT RAISIN bran muffins something I need a lost art and really hard to find. Croissants..good Croissants $2 ea. I HAVEN'T Even gotten onto their beautiful cookies on display.

LOVE this place. Bakery is off the charts-cannolis, Lobster Tails, Cookies, Cakes-All Excellent!! The Deli is just as good-Great Hero's and Sandwiches. Fresh Mozzarella and sides. They also have Awesome pasta dishes (my favorite is Grilled Calamari w/Garlic & Oil) and breakfast omelets and sandwiches. The service is good but they can get extremely busy and crowded. On top of all that the prices are Very reasonable!!!

Was greeted at the door by a wonderful hostess opening the door and welcoming me. The had a large.aseortmentofbeautiful pStries and cookies and breads. Besides the place looking as good as it did the freshly baked delicacies smelled so good it took me back years.. I saw that they had muffins. I asked if they had raisin bran.they did. It was delicious They stopped making these in most bakeries. THE ITALIAN CHEESECAKE can't be beat better than any joint in bklyn. Croissants were equally as good as the French guys are selling for $4 on Montague gue st. BKLYN.These were $2.00. THIS P LACE ROCKS !!
We had gone here for my brother in laws Birthday. Their food never disappoints. Always amazing and delish! Staff is wonderful, courteous, and super friendly. My only complaint is that we couldn't sit 9 people together bc it is too small, but the small quaint dining is what give Royal Crown its cozy charm. So I would not even call it a complaint. We still love them and their food. Definitely a must have if you have never been to the island. We will always be a loyal customer.UPDATE: Since my brother in laws bday a few years ago... they have been really nasty... I mean outright rude and obnoxious. It doesn't matter how delicious their food is... I won't be going back. I tried 3 different times -- and 3 times they were NASTY AS HELL! 1x on the phone, 1x for delivery, and lastly in person. I tried every which way of tomorrow but I absolutely will not be ordering, or going there. So if you don't want to be spoken to like trash, then this is not the place for you.

I cannot believe I've lived on the Island for 15 years and not come out here!!!! This place is heaven for anyone that loves good food! Their portions are grandma sized and made with so much love you're full after the first 5 amazing and heavenly bites! I don't know that I could ever go back to fast food after eating here!
